Called phone number early in the week. Spoke to a gentleman that said they only handle service via text. He instructed me to send a text with my address and needs and they would get back to me by the end of the week to schedule an appointment. I sent text and then when I didn't hear from them by Friday at 2:00 I sent a text reminding them of that I was to hear from them. I received a text Saturday morning that said they would be there Wednesday. 10:00 Wednesday I sent a text to ask if they had an estimated time of being out to my house. No answer then and they failed to even show up Wednesday at all. Wasted my whole day waiting for them.

Same Day response, called them at 3 and they showed up at 5:30 and sprinklers were fixed by 5:40. Jason knows what he’s doing and doesn’t waste much time in fixing the problem. Good rate for the quality of work and communication.

So he didn’t actually didn’t do any work for me but if I do need it he will be the first one I call. Called to get a repair of a line. He said he is booked out two months. He asked what was broken. I sent him a picture. He said I would not be able to buy the part unless I buy $100 worth of them from local supply stores. He is going to meet me in meridian and just give me the part. I’m not even going to use him this time but he is going to help me as best he can. If that doesn’t qualify as the best businessman I don’t know what does. I will be using him for sure if needed one day. You have made a life long customer and I haven’t even hired you yet.

We had water pressure issue with our irrigation system, so we called for service. Through the phone, he quickly figured out we need to clean the filter and suggest we do it ourselves to save money. So we watched changing filter video and did it ourselves, and the sprinkler is back again! Thanks for your advice! Though we did not meet you in person, you really helped us using your professional knowledge.

I just moved into a new home and I had james come out to look at my lawn. He was super nice and responsive in the beginning. After he came out to look at my lawn I never heard from him again, never contacted or responded to any of my messages. Not sure if it’s cause I’m a single Latin female in my 20’s?? There was no reason for him to not contact me. It’s a nice new build with a small yard in meridian. Mind you, he made a comment to me about another client and how he didn’t want to drive all the way out to Middleton to do their lawn care. he wasn’t very friendly when he was there and I did most of the talking. He insulted how bad of a job the builders set up the backyard. Super unprofessional and I would not want other people supporting him after him stereotyping me.

The reviews are true. JAE was professional, honest, and easy to work with. All of my sprinkler system problem areas have been addressed. I will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend them to friends.

Needed help with turning on the sprinkler system and called J.A.E. It wasn't turning on like it had in past years. He came out and found the problem within minutes. Probably because I'm ignorant when it comes to these things but I was very impressed how professional Jay was and he didn't even charge me. That tells me that he cares about people, bottom line. Thanks Jay!

J.A.E. saved my bacon today, I didn't know I was supposed to winterize my sprinkler system sooner than I did (first year having a sprinkler system). I left a voicemail and received a response in less than an hour, and they were able to fit me on their schedule and my sprinklers were blown out the next day. The techs were professional and knowledgeable, they even showed me how to use a feature of my sprinkler system I didn't know that I had. Can't recommend them enough!

I have to say...this company is great. They just left my property 5 minutes ago. It started with me requesting an estimate and some additional information. I received a call that they were coming out to blow. After some back and forth conversation with their receptionist, I let her know that we were already having someone come out and that I just wanted an estimate. Well, today...I have a knock on my door with JAE out there to blow our sprinklers. I showed them the text back and forth with their receptionist. He went over his policies and business values. In the end, I had them do the blow out and they were very respectful and understanding of the confusion. So much more to go over, but not enough time :) Definitely recommend them.

James came out on short notice on the weekend and helped me get my old system up and running. I'd recently purchased a home and the lawn was starting to die off -- everyone else told me it'd take 3+ weeks to be able to come out, at which point my lawn would have been dead.

We found multiple breaks in the lines and many sprinkler heads had to be replaced. There was even an entire stretch of sprinkler electrical wire that'd been broken, which James replaced. James was helpful, educated me on how to care for my own system, and stuck with me until the job was finished. Very appreciative of his hard work and willingness to come out on short notice.

James fit us into his schedule while others couldn’t. A little cheaper than the rest of the blow out companies too. Guys were on time, professional, explained what they were doing and even unclogged a sprinkler for me since I’m handicapped. Thanks so much!! Definitely will use them again!

Definitely recommend him for any repairs or services. He was very prompt, professional and honest. Came out to evaluate a water pressure problem. Gave me very helpful tips and didn’t charge me for his time. Will definitely use him again for any of our sprinkler needs.

After having a different sprinkler co. come over to turn my system on I was notified via text that they were unable to complete the job. It took days before getting ahold of them to find out why (they were not slow at all for leaving bill on my door) I was told, he couldn't find the water valve.🤷‍♀️
I called J.A.E. he came over the same day and within 10min he had my system up and running. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable!! He didn't even charge me. Not only will I never call any other sprinkler company, I strongly encourage anyone who is needing help to give him a call!!!

I contacted James late in the season regarding the timeframe for getting sprinklers blown out. Other companies refused to help me by blowing out my sprinklers as they indicated it was too late now and they were booked out for the season!. Contrary to that, James showed his tremendous customer service by assuring me that he would take care of me! J.A.E Services helped me out late in the season and got my sprinklers blown out. I am so grateful as this has given me the peace of mind that I won't have to worry about damages to my sprinkler system this fall and winter. I SINCERELY RECOMMEND USING J.A.E. SERVICES!! THEY ARE TRULY COMMITTED TO PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

James is awesome! He is very responsive, professional, and he knows his stuff. I couldn't get people to to come out to my place for weeks and he responded right away and was here the next day and fixed my sprinkler issue in no time. I had another follow up issue a few weeks later and he was here the same day! I'm not going anywhere else.

James was *incredible.* He came out the same day I called. He never sounded annoyed even though I kept confirming his eta. He assessed the original problems that I had AND asked what other questions I had. He walked through the entire yard and addressed the little things. He helped me figure out some grading issues, which I hadn’t even asked for. I am beyond impressed with his patience, his timing, and his professionalism. We will only go to him for further issues.

James is awesome and knows his stuff. He takes the time to talk you through what he’s doing and why. We have a large yard and lots of sprinklers and areas with drip tubing. We had an area where the drip tubing stayed on. Luckily we’ve had some pretty nice rain days so I shut off the main sprinkler line until he had time to stop by. He fixed the issue in no time flat and also explained the best time and when to water by zones. Wonderful guy and he has a nice way and takes everything in stride. I recommend him highly and know there will be a time I will need his help in the future. Thanks so much James!!
