I've been very happy with their service and my lawn looks amazing!

They are inconsiderate of pedestrians and just make excuses like, "our hoses do not reach." They can invest in equipment so that they can perform their services legally.

I’ve been introduced to Boise Lawn Co by John Martinez. My lawn out in Kuna was being plagued with weeds from the irrigation water. Boise Lawn affordably was able to fertilize my Lawn and spray for weeds. They did a thorough job.

We had Boise Lawn Co come out and landscape some old flower beds in our front and back yards that we had failed to maintain, and they did a fantastic job. They did exactly what we asked for, they made it look good, and they were professional throughout.

Been a customer for years and have nothing but great experiences. In reading some of the reviews, it’s very apparent that some of these are for another company and Not Boise Lawn. Aaron, the owner would never allow some of the things below to happen and not make them right. He runs his business with integrity and his crews are all hardworking and professional.

These guys tackled a big job in my backyard. The put in a large retaining wall, Three Trees, tons of rock, a new sprinkler system and sod. The quality of their work was top notch and the team worked their butts off. There were a few things that needed follow up on and I waited until I was satisfied before writing the review. Great Job Guys!

First off, I called a few places and Boise Lawn co was one of the few that bothered picking up the phone. Needed help with some pressurized irrigation on a large lot and Rustin did me a solid! He promptly diagnosed and did what was necessary to get the job done. If you're looking to get the job done and out of the way ask for Rustin

I called Boise Lawn Co. to come look at my garden and give me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later. I cleared out my work schedule for the entire afternoon to make sure I was available. After not hearing anything I called them around 2PM and the receptionist said "oh sorry we pushed you out a few days". I asked them if they were going to at least give me a call to inform me of this and they said "no". So basically I was going to just wait there all afternoon and they didn't even have the decency to call me, they would rather have me wait for nothing.

I was more shocked than anything with how unprofessional they were. They called me back saying they could still send someone and charge me full price a few days letter. How can you rely on a company like this? What a terrible first impression. I am still in shock and don't recommend anyone use their service. I understand this housing market is crazy and everyone looks like a dollar sign, but come on...

Great customer service. I've been using The Boise Lawn Co. for the last three years for sprinkler blowouts. This year the service was above and beyond the last few years. Two technicians came to my house, explained, and walked me through their entire process.

3 strikes and Boise Lawn Co. is out for us:

1: They created an amazingly high bid for a small job.

2: They advertise free estimates on the website, but they charged me $65 for the tech. who came to estimate the job—I agreed to pay the money, thinking it was my bad for not asking in advance; they then charged me $75 and claimed to have misspoken on the charge—seems like a refund might have been in order for this miscommunication. Again, I paid the money, though it seemed pretty shady.

3: I asked for a call back, and instead received an email.

These folks are not doing their best, and I hope they can improve.

We are new to the Treasure Valley and thought Boise Lawn Co was reputable so we had them blow out our sprinkler system before winter. This spring when we opened up our sprinkler system and tried to start it again we found that they had done the work improperly so that water was left in the main valves and pipes. Their error caused the main valves to crack beyond repair. The parts alone to repair the problem are well over $600. I would NOT recommend using Boise Lawn Co.

I had them come out to bid a project, that included landscaping and sprinkler repairs. I was happy with the guy that came out to do the bid work. After discussing him what needed to be done he had some suggestions for, and told me that he would send my information in for the sprinkler repair work and they would call back to schedule it. 6 weeks later I got a phone call, " Hi this is Boise Lawn co we want to schedule the sprinkler repair for tomorrow morning." No apology for not getting back in a timely manner. This is very poor business practices would recommend going somewhere that is more professional.

Boise Lawn Company does amazing work. Their crews are skilled and efficient. I have found their employees to be knowledgeable about all levels of landscaping. John Martinez was amazingly helpful when discussing trouble areas in my landscape. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We've used them for grass and tree care. Honestly our front yard is the greenest and thickest it's been in 20 years. Does it still have weeds? Yes. But I can tell by the end of next year it will look amazing! We did have them fix a few sprinkle heads when we first turned them on no complaints. Personally I've found them to be easy to work with and responsive. They are on a schedule which makes it easy for us and affordable vs the did we kept buying at home depot trying to do the front yard ourselves.

Boise Lawn Co has been blowing out our sprinklers the past two years, doing a great job in reoccurring appointments and communication. We recently needed some last minute fixes (drip line & broken sprinkler head), they were able to fit us in and were even able to move us up to a sooner date. The associate arrived ahead of schedule and took care of our problem incredibly promptly.

Boise Lawn Company did a fantastic job on my backyard landscaping. They were very responsive when we first contacted them and a guy (John Martinez) came out within a week to give us a bid. They put us on their schedule and although they had to delay by one week, they emailed us right away to let us know. They installed the sprinkler system, planted some large trees, brought in three large boulders, installed patio pavers and a stone retaining wall, put down sod, and spread pea gravel. The crew worked really hard and all of them were really nice. They even replaced the sod in the front yard at no cost since they had to run their equipment over it during the week while they were working on the back yard.

Zack was the foreman on the job and he answered all of our questions throughout the process. Dustin was also fantastic. They both made sure we understood how the sprinkler stations were set up on the sprinkler controller box in the garage. Overall, we are very happy with the job they did. The crew was truly wonderful. I took a picture and wrote down all of their names: Zack, Dustin, Aaron, Adam, Cody, and Brenden. Thanks for the hard work guys!

The rep that did our lawn this time was excellent, he did a very detailed job and reviewed our entire lawn, I would like to have him each time, very please with him

These guys ignore very obvious "no soliciting" signs on doors. As someone who telecommutes and is in meetings all day, having my doorbell ring in the middle of a meeting is extremely disruptive and rude. I will never hire this company based on their obvious lack of respect of other people's boundaries.

I use Diamond Lawns and they have been great, if you are coming to these reviews looking for a new lawn company, I recommend Diamond instead of this company!

I love this company. The customer service is great! My lawn was in such poor condition and since I hired TruGreen, it’s looking so much better. The technicians always come to my door and explain what they are providing. They are so polite and professional. I especially thank Winston, Thomas and the other two whose names I have forgotten. They all even lock my gate behind them before they leave. Thank you for providing such great service.

They do a pretty good job, but beware of their billing practices. We pre paid for 4 services but tru green automatically placed us on an auto renew, even though I made it clear we only wanted the one year's service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Quinn today. He was so polite and pleasant. He listened carefully to all my concerns and questions. He was able to answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns completely. He’s very knowledgeable at what he does. He took his time to do a thorough job at treating my lawn. I hope to have him as my only technician for all my treatments. Thank you Quinn!
