restretched . Brian did an awesome job.
Besides being highly skilled and professional, it was a pleasure to have him working in my home. I’ve already booked a carpet cleaning with Bluebird while the furniture was out of the way.

Today was the second time I’ve used Blue Bird Carpet Cleaning! First time was for one room that a cat got locked it....need I say more? Jared did an amazing job at getting the smell out! Still doesn’t smell in there. Today he did the rest of the house. He personally take great measures to make all the carpets look and smell great!!! I will never use another carpet cleaner other than Blue Bird! Top notch service and is very knowledgeable in him profession!

We had our home deep cleaned as well as had our carpets cleaned. The job completed was AMAZING! I was impressed with how well the carpets were cleaned considering we had several pet stains. My only disappointment was that I was under the impression that my ceiling fans would be dusted and my walls would be spot cleaned as a part of the deep clean; however, this did not happen. Other than that I would definitely recommend this company and plan on using them again!!

We received an estimate for carpet stretching 2 weeks ago. Last week Jared finished 5 rooms on time & matching their estimate. A great company to work with!.
They also have a handyman that will complete smaller jobs. I’m on his wait list now.

Everyone one was really nice but it took me three weeks to get a response. I called them and I was forwarded to leave a message to the head of rentals or something like that. I never received a call back. I followed up with another call and the very nice gentlemen said he would call and talk to them. I got a message back finally and was scheduled a week out . I never got a schedule confirmation so I called them again. The guy was very nice again but he finally got us on the schedule for the Friday. They finally showed up. It the lady had to leave just after she got there for “family emergency.” I hope all is well with her but I feel she left just because the ac was shut off because it was scheduled to do so. Since they were late they were there late it was hot in the house. I called again to say hey….. nothing got done. They finally came in and “finished” but it had looked like nothing was done. All in the mean while my wife went in and cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. So I’m not sure if they actually did anything. Carpets maybe(?) but the guy was very nice!

Jared and Jason did an amazing job on our whole house carpet stretching. They kept us informed at every step what they were doing and why , the results are exemplary.

Rarely do you find this level of workmanship and professionalism in current times.

We will be using their services in all the other services they provide in the future as well.

I highly recommend Blue Bird Home Services. They did an excellent job of stretching and cleaning my carpets. They were very careful of protecting surfaces they weren’t cleaning and clean up on completion. I have all ready scheduled more service they offer. It is good to have a company that provides multiple services.

Blue Bird Home Services came highly recommended by a builder friend of ours. They absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had carpet on our stairs that was bubbling up and needed to be stretched. We had gotten a quote from one company that was ridiculously high and we had another company tell us the job was too hard and they couldn’t do it. Blue Bird came in and did an amazing job, charged us less than they had quoted, and gave us a 5 year guarantee on their work! These guys know their stuff, have all the cool equipment, and have a high level of integrity which most companies sadly lack these days. Wish we had known about them 8 years ago when we moved to the area. Grateful to know them now.

Blue bird carpet cleaning did a very good job of cleaning our carpets, they were reasonably priced and very easy to work with. Good communication and flexible in working with our schedule. We recommend them and will use them again.

Blue Bird Home Services was professional in every aspect of their business from booking the appointment, to message reminders before their booked arrival date, to a courtesy call to say they would be there on time. Their prep before starting their work showed respect and concern for our walls, floors, and moldings. Once these protections were in place their knowledge about stretching, cleaning and removal of pet stains and odors through out our three story home was great fully provided. Their cleaning expertise was backed up with first rate commercial grade equipment. Their truck mounted system provided steaming hot water to ensure a deep cleaned carpet. As you see I liked their attention to detail to do an exceptional job of cleaning and stretching our carpet which will add years of life and a renewed “new” carpet look and feel. My wife also appreciates the clean smell their products left through out our home. Blue Bird did an excellent job of stretching carpet in several rooms of our house. He moved the heavy furniture as needed to complete work. He explained what was to take place, showed up on time, gave reminder texts as date got closer, gave estimate over phone, and it very competitive in cost. I noticed they do other work, sprinkler, handyman, windows. I would use this company again.

Brian cleaned our carpets and our HVAC vents, quickly yet carefully. After the carpets dried and I vacuumed I found that they still weren’t really clean. I was happy to find that Brian would return and add a scrubber to the steam method (no extra charge). He again was thorough and efficient and we are much happier with the results. Jared did a great job on the carpet repair we needed. He was very detail oriented and spent extra time to make the repair look as good as possible. I was really happy with how the repair came out and will definitely use their services again.

Jared is a true master at carpet repair and stretching. He is so good at this service my company drove to his area from Washington State to be trained by him in carpet repair and stretching. He is also a dye colorist specialist. If you have bleach spots in your carpet he can restore the color back to its original color. Jared is very professional and most of all honest. Anybody
needing any of his services I highly recommend him.

Jared looked over the entire carpeted areas and advised which needed repair and areas not needing repair. He finished promptly, moved the furniture back into place and left the carpet cleaner than when he arrived. Would recommend using.
