Very responsive and got me on their schedule within a couple days! Jared did an amazing job patching some carpet that our cat had torn up , even matching the pattern in our low pile carpet. I didn’t think it could be done but now you can’t even tell it was worked on! Very happy and highly recommend!

The gentlemen who came to the house were very professional, clean and respectful. The carpet came out incredibly well and I even ran the vacuum over it the day after and with two dogs and three kids in the home the canister was completely empty. They got everything out...Awesome!!!

We called Cascade kind of last minute and they bent over backwards to get our carpet cleaning done and even came on a Sunday. TJ came out and did such an amazing job on our carpet, he was professional and such a great price. We will definitely continue to use Cascade for all of our carpet cleaning needs and recommend that others do also!!

I am so happy with the way my carpets turned out after Matt cleaned them. And they were dirty.. I am also very happy at how quick he was to return my carpets. We've been using Cascade Cleaning for over 12 years and have found Matt and his team have consistently provided excellent service. They are always take great care in our home with corner protectors and protection of furniture. We've utilized them for Carpet cleaning, HVAC vent cleaning, and even emergency carpet clean up when our old dog had diarrhea and got accidentally looked inside. Extremely easy to work with, quick but still thorough. Previous owners smoked inside the house, so I had Cascade clean out all of the HVAC throughout my 2500 sqft house. They did the work in a little over an hour and finally got the last remaining cigarette smell out of the house. 11/10

I have used Cascade several times over the years. They have always done a good job including with any pet issues that I may have had. They always offer to come back if I am not completely satisfied. Matt also has a good consistent crew which in my opinion represents a well managed company.

We have belonged to the VIP program for our primary home, which we highly recommend, for several years, and I have also used Cascade for cleaning the carpets in my rental townhouse between tenants and in preparation for selling it. They are always prompt, professional, and responsive to scheduling needs, and the carpet always looks much better after the cleaning.

Just had our latest cleaning (June 2025) and as always our crew (Phil and Jason) were courteous, professional and thorough, and they got the carpet cleaner and fresher looking than one might expect given that it is definitely getting up there in years.

Great service! I inquired about cleaning on Thursday and they were able to get us scheduled for Monday. The gentlemen showed up right on time, and called first to make sure we were ready. They worked efficiently and the carpets look great. I even added an ottoman cleaning last minute and they took it, cleaned it and returned it the next day! Highly recommend. Great job.
