I would absolutely recommend Blue Bird! I had them clean some area rugs, they cleaned out my dryer vents and did the windows and everything was top notch! They even helped me when my laundry room unexpectedly flooded! Brian got under my house and pumped out the water like a hero, and Jared rushed over with a dryer and dehumidifier! Totally saved the day and a just fantastic bunch of guys! Highly reccommend!

My requested service was carpet stretching and they delivered! Jared came out and was like an artist when stretching out my crappily laid CBH carpet. He came out and was very professional and quick. Pricing was VERY reasonable as well! I will be using his/they're services again to touch up on some rooms as my carpet so bad, he was not able to add the extra room I needed.

I had an urgent need to get some carpet repaired, called Monday and they were here Friday to make the fix! Jared was so nice and willing to explain the options and process to me. Carpet was stretched and looks amazing after! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a really great experience with Blue Bird. All of my carpets were cleaned, a sofa, and a recliner was cleaned, and all of my ducts were vacuumed out. They brought in protection for the corners of the walls so that their machines and hoses wouldn't ding them. They brought in fans so that the carpets would dry a bit faster. I also got to see exactly what was vacuumed from vents and pulled up from the carpet. I would definitely use their services again.

We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past, this was our first time using Blue Bird and they were exceptional. They did an an amazing job from start to finish and the carpet looks and smells great! If you have tough pet stains and odors I highly recommend them they will have your carpet looking good as new.Very professional and knowledgeable.

We really needed our dryer vent cleaned and had called around town. Blue Bird was able to get out to us the next day and charged the lowest price I could find. They were fast and professional with the job. Couldn't have worked out better. The tech explained the wide range of services that they offer and was able to get us scheduled right there to come back and clean out all the air ducts in the house. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Did a wonderful job eliminating bubbles in our carpets. Above and beyond expectations when moving furniture so he could access problem areas. He even fixed a problem on our bed that had nothing to do with the carpet. Very hard worker. Highly recommend.

Blue Bird Home Services were so easy and great to work with! We had them come stretch our carpet for our entire house. They did the job the way it should have been done when the house was built at such an affordable price. They went above and beyond in repairing seams in our carpet and making it look brand new. I cannot recommend this company enough! Brian cleaned carpets, that I thought were beyond repair. He was responsive and wanted to make sure o was pleased with his work. BlueBird exceeded ALL of my expectations. USE THIS COMPANY!

I hate leaving bad reviews but when voicing my concerns I was given a link to this public facing review. I paid for a full move out cleaning, which included cabinet dusting, window sills, blind dusting, etc. I was assured that these things would be taken care of.
The residence was approx. 1,000 sq. ft. And completely empty. The cleaner was there on an afternoon one day and then came back the following morning, which I knew would be the case when scheduled. I was traveling out of state when this took place and upon my return I went to inspect and found that there 3 out of the 3 out of the 7 window sills still had bugs in them, the kitchen/dining room had a pile of dirt and debris had not been picked up. The carpets had appeared to have been vacuumed, and there was dust in the closets, and cabinets. All items that I was assured would be handled. I payed over $350 for a thorough move out clean. I have used the company before so I was not hesitant to use them again, sadly I may not return, unless this is made right.
