We were tired of our place smelling strange from the previous owners even though it was stated that the carpet had already been "professionally cleaned". Cascade Cleaning Services were very professional and quick while still making sure that they went over every surface carefully. So exited to have a fresh smelling house finally. Scheduling was very easy, and they were able to get us in the following week.

Cascade carpet cleaners have been cleaning our carpets & outdoor cushions for over 10 years now and have always provided excellent customer service. They get the job done in a timely manner, carpets always look great.

The cleaners did an excellent job. One of them was a bit of a smart ass when I asked questions. But overall a 5 star job.

Cascade Cleaning Services arrived on time. The staff was professional both as they walked with me through my home and viewed the rooms that needed cleaning. They asked appropriate questions. Next time I need my carpets cleaned I will be contacting them again.

In the future I will be looking at other services they provide.

We had a very short lead-time, Matthew the owner, worked with us to get all of our four rooms, hallway, and furniture cleaned. It had been somewhere between 5 and 10-years since our last carpet cleaning. The two gentlemen did a great job, were professional, and friendly.

Carpet looks brand new after they are done. I have a golden retriever and they do a great job of getting all mud, grass and hair out of the carpet. I love the day after carpet cleaning. I also love having my adding a carpet cleaning to my Real Estate transactions, when purchasing or selling an existing home- clients love to have fresh carpets on move in day.

The cleaning crew were prompt, polite and respectful. They took great care with bumpers on the corners, very appreciative! The carpets are clean and fresh, Thank you!!😊

Absolutely phenomenal service! I needed a deep clean for pet odor in one room and a general clean of the rest of the carpets. Matt was so accommodating to my schedule with very short notice. His team came and they were so kind and worked so hard to rake out a TON of plastic bb pellets that were deep in the carpets. They protected my cabinets and walls with shields for their hose and power cable, Phil and his handy helper were so professional and did an amazing job. Cascade was recommended by a friend and they lived up to their hype. Thanks again guys!

Two polite gentlemen showed up right on time to clean my dryer vent this morning. They were very kind and courteous. We bought a home that had been a rental for many years and my dryer wasn't performing like it was at my old home. I called last week and I scheduled an appointment. It was a quick turnaround. I talked to someone locally which I liked. No out of state appointment setters with long wait times. They cleaned my vent and boy was it caked up with dryer lint! I will definitely recommend Cascade Cleaning Services to my friends and family and I will be calling them to do some more work around my home! Thank You!
