Called for service Sunday 639 am was told I'll get there as soon as I can then called at 609 pm ask if we still wanted service.

I was so surprised at the price they set just to point at my dirty filters and told me to change them. I literally thought it wasn't going to cost anything, since he didn't do anything. "Okay That'll be $80, ma'am." At least change them for me or something? I felt taken advantage of after he left.

Our furnace malfunctioned at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday. I called TVR, and they dispatched Raymond, who arrived within 20 minutes. Raymond was professional, smart and courteous. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem without trying to upsell me or sell me services I did not need. TVR will be my go-to shop for all my HVAC needs from now on. Top-notch in all respects.

5 stars for honesty. Had a little incident and the employee went out of their way to help get it resolved. He could've left and not said a word, but he was ethical and that makes all the difference. So, thanks!

I will start by saying this was 100% my fault and I cannot prove any foul play has taken place but I thought I would share my story.

I was purchasing a house and the inspection came back stating there was no hot air being produced through the furnace. I was purchasing the house "as is" but the owner said he would get an HVAC specialist out to check out the AC and Furnace. I received an invoice from TVR stating that I did not have a furnace, only an air handler, but the AC and components were in working order. Once I moved into the house and it started getting hot (2 months after inspection) I turned on the AC to find that the evaporator coil was completely freezing over. I had someone come check it out and found that I had a freon leak and that there was none left in the system.

I called TVR and believe I spoke to the owner. I found out he was a relative to the owner of the house I purchased but he had sent one of his employees to check it out. According to the owner he remembers this inspection and recalls that all output readings came back fine and that nothing was wrong. I asked for him to send the final inspection report so I could verify this. He said they don't keep reports that come back with no issues.

Long story short, I trusted a report from this company that everything was in working order, it wasn't and now I am having to replace my entire HVAC system.

What a terrible company, they literally send out techs that have no idea what they’re doing. And then guess what the issue is, and to top that off, they tell me the issue, which was wrong, and then say hope you find someone small to crawl up there and fix it! What a joke of a company! Call Idaho Refrigeration and save yourself a headache!

Person came out Monday (Memorial Day) changed a capacitor thing, thought he fixed leak and left. Called the next morning to walk me through turning it back on but said "compressor must be out call me later" if it doesn't work. Called at noon told him it's still not working and haven't heard a thing since. Have tried to call and text him numerous times. Moving on to another company today Friday... 4 hot days later

A friend at work recommended me to TVR about a year ago when my furnace stopped working. The first guy I called said the whole system needed to be replaced and gave me a quote of over $8K. The team at TRV came out and fixed one small unit for around $600 and its been working like a champ ever since. I've utilized their services a few times since then for our home as well as a rental for my daughter, and the experience has always been the same. From the moment you talk to Erica in the office to the end of your service call, they are always friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. They are respectful of your schedule and will not try to sell you anything that isn't absolutely necessary. Thanks for being there for my family TVR!

I called and set up an appointment to have a walk in freezer fixed, I took the day off work to make sure I was available to answer any questions, no one showed up or called. I called and asked and was told to leave a message and I would hear back, I've never heard from them. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Daikan sucks. TVR installed a unit in a brand new commercial building about 2 years ago (Roughly) AC condenser fan went out, also must have been a leak in the system. This repair was over $1300 and no warranty on parts. Pretty wild a $30,000+ system only has a 1 year warranty. An expensive product like this that doesn't have a better warranty, should scare you away from spending your money on it.

I needed my refrigerant recharged and chose them due to their location and how they were upfront about their reasonable pricing. I was pleased that the technician was able to answer all my questions, find and fix additional things that were wrong, and not try to sell me a new system when I didn't need it. The technician was quick, experienced, on time, and trustworthy.

First time second time third time not the charm, I personally would never rely on these guys to do anything in my house ever again. Unbelievably disappointed with the work.

The builders of my home hired TVR to install the mini splits to save a dime and it’s been a nightmare ever since.

Me and 15 other home owners have been dealing with issues with our units since we bought our homes. I bought my home is 2018 and it’s now 2022 and I am STILL dealing with pumps shorting out on my unit.

TVR has been unwilling and incapable of fixing the problem so they just continually came out and installed new pumps for a few years free of charge - but they never addressed the root cause of why these units were doing that in the first place.

Needless to say after 2 years of replacing pumps they decided they had done enough, but the issue continues.

I would not recommend you use this company, they take jobs they are not qualified for with no accountability for the quality of their work.

One needs to remember that there name is on the side of there truck. Maybe they should drive responsible. I give a rating of one star.

Not sure of how they actually do their job but their driving skills need so much work. Specially the one who drove the van TVR12 Oct 1st at 6:40pm in in Nampa by Midland/Karcher. You are supposed to yield when your light is yellow not almost hit a car that has a green light. Do better and make sure your drivers pay attention to road and their surroundings.

HONEST!!! Yes, I know I'm yelling. This is so rare and I've been lied to so many times by Heating and Air companies. Don't call anyone else.
