I suffer from a medical condition that does not allow me to get overheated. Alex ( the owner) said he will make sure it's fixed ASAP. They came out on a Wednesday, and they were here on that Saturday and it was fixed. I will definitely recommend this company. Great customer service and people. Thanks for your hard work!!

I own a rental property management company in Boise and Dowdy has been out go-to HVAC company for about 5 years. On average, we have Dowdy service about 2 furnaces/AC per month. They always do excellent work, fast response, very professional, and great pricing.

I have had them work on the furnace at my house on 2 occasions and have nothing but great things to say about them.

We have had Dowdy work on our furnace a few times now. They are always quick to come out, very fair on their pricing, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Eric really knows his stuff! I highly recommend him! :D

They usually have good service and good stock.

Staff at this branch does not care about any kind of quality of service. orders are constantly being filled incorrectly and being over billed and if you ask to have the issue addressed you will be told to shop somewhere else. If you are unfortunate enough to be forced to deal with this place then don't expect to get what you ordered in a timely manner and at the correct price. If you don't double triple check every transaction with this branch you will end up paying more, end up with parts that you didn't even order and making extra trips to get what you ordered in the first place. over all a horrible customer service experience and almost not worth going there because the time and money you lose when shopping at this branch. @kellersupplyco
