Keto Came right out when I called. Reasonable price. Found the issue right away repaired it in 30 minutes. I felt they were perfectly honest and did exactly what I needed them to do.

I was blessed to buy my Grandmothers home. She had a furnace installed in 2010 and used Keto Heating and cooling. I have used them also and so far- they are the best. Thank you for being a great company to work with

Quinton came out to fix our furnace. He was extremely polite and professional and had the issue diagnosed within 10 minutes of arriving. He quickly fixed the issue and made sure our furnace was working well before leaving. Excellent customer service. Thanks Quinton!

They were able to fix our AC same-day for a reasonable price when it went out during the heatwave. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the ac and then did a full check up to make sure we were ready for the rest of the summer. One other part was going bad and the tech explained why we should replace it too, but we didn't feel like we were being pressured at all. He was very professional and had all the parts and tools to fix the additional part right then for us. We'll call them first next time!

Called at 8:45am, technician arrived just after 10:00am. Problem fixed by 10:30am (dirty flame sensor... again...) and house is warming back up.

I've been a Keto customer for a long time. Their service is the best. Quintin and another tech did my fall tune up. Quintin was very thorough explained everything, ( I liked the check list.) I got a fair price and will use Keto again.

I had a very nice experience dealing with Keto Heating & Cooling. They promptly sent out a tech 'Quintin' who was very professional and courteous. Resolved my no heat issue, and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the system was working propely. Very nice person to deal with, I highly recommend using them.

We have always been happy with the service we receive from Keto, from the installation of our HVAC and water heater to any maintenance they require. I appreciate that they call me with a reminder that it’s time to come out and replace filters and make sure everything is in good working order. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with your service representative. He found the problem in a very short time and showed me what caused the compressor to fail. He took time to show me how to clean the compressor with a garden hose.

The technician was on arrived when they said that they would. No lengthy delays and I was able to complete my chores. The technician was polite and professional and explained the process to my satisfaction. Didn’t replace the filter as it was still serviceable. Outstanding practice and less waste. Keto Heating and Cooling has been my go-to since 1997 and I would not use any other company. Price is always fair and their services are easy to schedule. Over the years they have serviced maintained and replaced various systems at my homes.

Professional and they won't rip you off. The last company I had service my furnace said I needed to replace it and these guys said that wasn't necessary at all!

Customer service is unmatched! We needed our A/C fixed, they came out, diagnosed the problem and because we were having our wedding the next day they came back the same day and fixed it!
Also, came back about a week later when we were having issues again and again fixed the same day and didn't charge extra for the fix!!
