I needed the gas line hose behind my stove adjusted, so my stove slid in flush to the wall. The service was better than excellent! Patrick not only made sure the line was adjusted safely, he went above and beyond—he made sure the stove was level and that the feet were high enough that the stove was even with the countertops. This is something the stove installer should have taken into account, so I appreciate that Patrick did this. Let me say, getting the stove to slide in up to the wall after the adjustment also took several tries due to the gas line kinking up. He wanted it done right, though, and kept working at it until it was perfect. I've used Keto for years for heating and air, too, and have always found their service exceptional. I highly recommend them.

I have had Keto come out twice. Once to move the AC for a concrete job I had going on, and again to service my AC recently. Had the AC suddenly stop working at one of our rental houses. Of course it does in the middle of summer! I called the original vendor that installed the unit & they referred me to Keto. I called & left a message first thing that morning, received a call back within 45 mins and was scheduled for a service call same day. Ended up being a simple fix and my tech was super friendly and personable. Not only got the AC back up and running, but am better informed on how to help prevent the issue from happening again in the future. I'm happy to update my go-to vendor list for future needs on our rentals with Keto. 10 out of 10.

Well he said everything was great and cleaned up . He was very polite and explained things to us that helped us know what we kind of unit he serviced. my husband did it for over 40 years and unable to work work because of health issue so it was very nice he let us know after he is unable to to go in attic to check it .

Quintin did an amazing job repairing our AC. He was scheduled to come later in the afternoon; but we were thankful when he called and said he had a break in his day and asked if he could come earlier. It was nice getting it repaired quickly and efficiently, before it got too hot. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He not only fixed the problem, but redid the piping to prevent the backup from happening in the future. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done! Honest and quality work!

No high pressure sales tactics. Gave me several options and answered my questions about the differences of each unit.
Showed up on install day. They were quick and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards. So far heater is working great.
