They came out the same day. Other companies said they might come out se veral days later. Co-owner Eric explained what a fix would be and how much the parts would cost. The total cost was very affordable.

I have dealt with this company for 18 years and they have always come through for me! It started with the initial purchase of my new home. I had a problem and they fixed it immediately. Every other subcontractor was difficult with any problems that arose but Advanced fixed a major problem and they did it with a great attitude. I'll always remember that. Eighteen years later they are giving me a 2nd opinion (for free) when another company in town told me I needed $2600 worth of furnace and air conditioning repairs. What did Advanced say? I needed ZERO in repairs. They have always been reliable and honest and I can't tell you how much I appreciate them!

Alex just now left my house after repairing my furnace - no heat when it's 27 degrees outside (and 55 degrees inside) is not fun. Very pleasant and professional; got the job done - thank you Alex! I read the other reviews on Advanced and they're kind of all over the map, but my use of Advanced a few times over the years has always been a positive one. Additionally, I share the same sentiments about Alex that another reviewer mentioned of another one of their repair people and that is he didn't seem to mind that I stood in the garage and watched him work and asked questions. I do that only because of other companies not doing the work right, so now unfortunately for ALL companies, I do that as a general rule. But yeah...I'll call them again for sure.

Eric his crew came out today and installed a dual zone mini-split HVAC system in my garage today. They did a GREAT job. I am very detail oriented, and picky. They worked like they were doing it for their own home.
Brian, Christian, and Dan did the install.
Very skilled and very professional.
Two of my neighbors had similar systems installed in their garages by the same company, Advanced Heating and Cooling.
I'm very happy with the work the did.

I have had annual service contracts with Advanced Heating for years. Sometimes I get the same service person, but most often it's someone different. They have all been very professional and efficient while working in my house, the few minor repairs that have been necessary have been taken care of quickly and with full explanation. They call in advance to let you know when they will arrive. Can't ask more than that. Apollo was the most recent technician who serviced my units today. Very professional and courteous. Will continue to use them after I sell this place and move into another.
