Daniel came out today to service our air conditioning unit. He is amazing. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling. They charge a $79 diagnostic fee but if there is a repair, they apply that towards it. The company was very efficient in getting me scheduled promptly. Eric was my service guy, he was awesome. He took his time in figuring out what the problem was with my furnace. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Eric and Advanced Heating and Cooling.

During the recent string of 100 degree days our AC unit suddenly quit working. I've known Brandon Romero for years and he's always been someone I knew I could count on. He connected me with Angie who got us on the schedule the same day even though they were already very busy. I expected to have to wait a day or two so that was a pleasant surprise. Apollo showed up that afternoon and had the problem diagnosed in no time. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to the fact the unit wasn't working. A true professional! Even though it appeared everything was functioning properly, he took the extra time to check everything out again and make sure it was good before he left. Apollo, you are the man! Apollo was awesome! We called five different business and he was the only one to call us back and was at our house within 30 minutes! He was informative and efficient. We will now continue to use Advanced for all our heating and cooling needs! Highly recommend!!

I called Advanced this morning because our furnace could not keep up with the December temperatures, and our house was COLD. I was worried that our 12 year-old furnace finally needed replaced. I was relieved to be told someone could come today between 4 & 6 PM. By 2:30 I was offered an earlier slot and gladly accepted. Apollo arrived soon after the call and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a simple problem with our furnace. I know nothing about HVAC stuff and could have easily been convinced that we needed to purchase a whole new furnace or have an expensive repair done. Instead my furnace was fixed in about 25 minutes and all I paid for was a tune up. Apollo was very friendly, and even took the time to show me how to fix the simple problem on my own next time! I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be using these guys for future tune-ups and repairs.

What an integral and moral company. I had an air conditioner problem and it was extremely difficult to solve. My technician, Josh, did not give up until her solved the issue. He readily could have said the system was shot after trying four times to determine the problem. He could have easily sold me a new one because as a layman I didn't know what else to do. He found a problem not in any manual. Wires had rubbed against metal and in an unknown area caused exposure and then a short. Unless he had pulled the wires apart and inspected each one, the short never would have been discovered. I would have been none the wiser and buying a new system. He then completely cleaned my air conditioner while showing me how to do it in the future. He suggested a schedule and was on his way in a quick time.

I waited only 4 days during the busiest time of the year and I would definitely do it again. They have earned a customer for life and I'll wait however long it takes; they're worth it and beat other companies' timetables for service.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service Joe Reyes provided today from Advanced Heating and Cooling. I was having issues with 2 bedrooms reading 61 degrees while the rest of the house was set at 68 degrees. Joe knowledge and experience was able to fix the issue and get the room temperature back to 68 degrees making it more comfortable to sleep at night. Joe did a thorough inspection on the furnace unit taking the time to make sure everything was working properly. Finally his customer service and kindness was one of best I've experienced in a while, he was polite and explained what he was doing each step of the way and gave me pointers on how to adjust the airflow. I would truly recommend Joe Meyes to friends and family members.

Apollo came out to do the pre-summer check of my AC unit. He is professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing. This is the second time since I've been living in this house that I've needed to call someone. The first time was at about 10 at night and Apollo arrived within minutes and took care of everything quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advanced Heating to anyone in need of servicing.

We were lucky enough to have Apollo do repairs on our furnace. He was very personable and honest (didn't try to sell us something we didn't need). He was very thorough and upfront and we would highly recommend him and Advanced Heating & Cooling to anyone.

He came out to work on my AC unit that had some issues, and he was fantastic. Very professional and his managers need to know he is worth every penny they spend on him(you need to pay him more). Great experience with these guys. Twice.

We bought our home in July 2014 and immediately had someone install some gas piping for our stove. What we didn't know was that the contractor crushed our HVAC Ductwork under the house while installing the piping. After a miserable afternoon with no A/C, we called Advanced. They showed up, inspected the crawl space and told us the duct work situation. The service tech said you could clearly see that the piping guy crushed it and that we should call them back to fix it. We did, and it got fixed. I was very impressed with the honesty that the tech displayed. He could have easily chalked it up to "old duct work needs to be replaced" and we would have been none the wiser. But instead, he saved us a ton of money!

This week, our water heater went out and Advanced was able to hook us up with a new unit in no time. I appreciate the service this company has provided to me and my family and recommend them to you and yours. Thank you for doing things the right way guys!

Great company!! Great job on my furnace/AC. Knowledgeable technicians always keep my heating/air system in tip top shape. Efficient. Paperwork is always in order. Always arrive in a timely manner when they say they will. Office staff is always courteous and well informed. REALLY appreciate the professional demeanor of the technicians and especially their personal standard of hygiene. Nothing worse than having to admit a service rep into your personal space (Home or Car) whose essence leaves behind more than an invoice and clean furnace filter. Thank you, Apollo!!!

"Great Customer Service" Alex came out today and put in a new Control Board and Modulating Gas Value Replacement kit. Parts were covered by their excellent warranty on furnaces they sell and install. Alex did one fine job and was all done and on his way within a couple of hours. This company is the best and I would highly recommend them for your Heating and Cooling needs.

Our AC broke under warrantee. Was a pretty big deal. Advanced couldn’t have been better. From the one who answered to phone, Jamie (amazing), to the follow up call. Top notch service. Super impressed with how they handled it. Donnie (technician) was super polite, professional, skilled. He soldered our coils himself and fixed it!!!! Thank you! The Best!

We are on the annual service program and have had the benefit of calling service on holiday/evening and gotten quick service because of that program. Otherwise, we would have been cold longer. Will and Dustin have provided us excellent service with professionalism, good communication, and friendly service. I recommend buying their annual service program that gives you discounted parts; quick services scheduling, and reminders to service before winter and summer. AHC is a great team.

They are excellent. Great service, no long waiting. Daniel is great, very caring and goes the extra mile. Very nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. I have used them for years.

Bob with Advanced Heating and Cooling was incredibly helpful. He was at the property to fix an issue only moments after contacting the company and he not only fixed the issue that day, he also conducted a follow up inspection on his own accord to ensure his fix worked! But wait, there's more... Bob saw some issues on the roof that needed servicing, took pictures, called and informed me of this immediately! He was diligent, efficient, effective, and went above and beyond his HVAC role to help prevent other issues outside his department. I cannot thank him enough! THANK YOU, BOB!!

Had an AC quit working. Advanced Heating came out and inspected. They gave me 4 bids to consider where $7K was the lowest. I asked to just fix leak instead and refill R22. They said not cost effective and would not do it. I called another place, leak fixed in less than 15 minutes. Up and running for the cost of coolant plus 1 hour labor. Needless to say, Advanced Heating is not my company anymore.

TJ was on time, very professional and thorough. Explained what he did. Excellent service

Eric B was extremely helpful. He came to do maintenance, and he walked me through the setup of my furnace and showed me what he was looking for, showed me the areas to monitor for the future, and how to do a quick diagnosis of my furnace if I run into issues in the future, and even how to change out a few parts myself and maybe save some money on a service call for a simple fix. Will definitely request him again for any future repairs.

Advanced also set up a new furnace in our previous house, and they did a *fantastic* job, the ducting and installation was so much cleaner and better organized than our older furnace. We've really had good experiences with them.
