Needed some HVAC work done late last month and Steven was beyond helpful! He was very knowledgeable and a fast worker. I highly recommend going through this company if you have any HVAC troubles.

I've recently had some problems with a relatively new furnace. Since I used Top Shelf to install my new A/C this summer and was pleased with their work and I called them to come out and look at my furnace. They came right out and ordered the parts we needed so we were only without heat for a matter of hours. Their timeliness and expertise was really appreciated. I would recommend Top Shelf Heating to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Steven Hall came out and installed some pants on one of our heaters that was blowing heat towards sensitive equipment. He did a phenomenal install. Highly recommend this company. And Steven Hall for being so awesome.

Super happy with the customer service and workmanship. Due to a gasleak, I needed an estimate and the issue fixed urgently. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day.
Kelly the technician arrived and was extremely thorough and took every measure to ensure the diagnosis was accurate.
Ended up deciding to replace the old water heater & again they were able to accommodate scheduling the removal & replacement the very next day.
Every interaction was very pleasant & I will absolutely be recommending Top Shelf.

Top shelf has been great! This is my first home, and they were recommended by the former owners. They came and checked out my issue with my vents twice and looked at my heat pump. Technician was kind and considerate. Very professional and helpful. Explained to me how my system works, as well. They didn't have to do anything, or fix anything, and did not charge me for a service call.

Top Shelf Plumbing truly lives up to their name! They were on top of every repair from start to finish and finally fixed our water heater after several other technicians had tried and failed. Steven was very nice and polite. He did a thorough maintenance on our furnace. I went with Top Shelf because they had a special going, and when I looked at their reviews, there were tons of 5 stars. If you're looking for a hvac company, this one is good.

Wow. Through our own stupidity the pilot light was out on water tank and for whatever reason I was unable to get it back on. I was quoted a reasonable fee for them to come out and resolve the issue. Well it was a very easy fix for the nice young man and it was on before I could even get to my husband and him. He waived the charge and said “ Have a nice day”. That’s what I call great service and I’m definitely saving the card for future needs. Highly recommend if you want fair treatment.

Top Shelf was easy to contact and schedule. They came out right away to diagnose a furnace issue. Kelly was professional and informative about the issue and was able to get our heat back on for us. Decided to add their service plan for future maintenance. Would definitely recommend them.

Woke up this morning (Sunday) with no heat. Called Top Shelf and the tech, Chris was here within the hour. He had a great attitude and was super friendly. Got my system fixed and didn't try to sell me extra parts that I knew I didn't need. I have dealt with several HVAC service and install contractors in my previous career and I can't say enough about how great Top Shelf is! Highly recommend! They will be my exclusive furnace and AC service provider going forward.

I would recommend Top Shelf to anyone. For price, services provided, and professionalism they are the best in the valley. We had Kelly Buel as our journeyman and greatly appreciated his expertise and work. He even fixed our gas fireplace switch that had gone out.

Best service ever! I found out my dryer vent was disconnected. Steven came the same day I called to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. It turned out it was easy to fix so he fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend Top Shelf and big thank you to Steven.
