The tech was young but wise beyond his years. He knew his job well and had obviously been trained very well. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and did a good job.

Jeff came to a rental property that I manage yesterday in Nampa. He did a wonderful job there and our furnace was back up and running very quickly! If you are using Right Now HVAC, don't hesitate to ask for Jeff by name as your technician!

Andrew was here to give us a second opinion on some work that another company said we needed. Andrew just saved us a ton of money and we don't need anything done because Right Now just did a lot of the work only 2 years ago! We are extreamly pleased that we requested a second opinion. This was an annual maintenance check carried out by Noah. He was obviously very knowledgeable and explain things to me in terms that were easily understandable. He arrived on time and worked quickly through his maintenance routine. He is very clean cut and a pleasure to be around.

The two technicians who installed my HVAC system were very thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient. They completed the job in only a few hours, explained the process and showed me everything that they did, making sure that any of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied. Very kind and courteous. He checked over all of the equipment and everything is running fine. He shared some detail about a few other changes we could make and that right now hitting an air takes care of.

The guys showed up on the time they were scheduled ready to do the installation of my A/C. Everything went sooth. they had it done in timely manner. I was very pleased with their work!

This five star review is specifically for the technicians who came to my house. I've already done a review with a much lower rating for the dispatch team and customer service.
First, Harrison came out to do the diagnostic work and he was fantastic. Incredibly friendly, helpful with explaining things when I was asking questions and overall an excellent experience. Second, Sam came out and completed the repair and he was outstanding. Again. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what was happening. Both technicians were incredibly efficient and were both on time for the appointments and I appreciate that.

Home Depot set us up with Right Now Heating and Air to inspect our furnace. We got the Black Friday deal which was awesome! Kaiden, the tech that came over, seemed very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate.

Bruce did a great job and was through in his tune-up of our system. He was easy to talk to and explained each step of the process so I could learn along the way.

They serviced us quickly right before Christmas. Our technician worked hard to get us a temporary fix that would get us through the holidays before we had to buy a new furnace. I really appreciate that they apply the cost of the repairs toward a new furnace!

Andrew placed a hot water for us. He arrived at the time stated. Started right in and did a great job. Quick efficient, cleaned up after, recommend them and will ask for Andre again

We had Alexander from Right Now Heating, Cooling & Plumbing perform our yearly inspection on both the furnace and water heater. Once again, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. He took the time and care needed to thoroughly inspect each system, explaining what he was doing along the way and clearly outlining the issues affecting our water heater. He also arranged for the appropriate specialist to come out and review the next steps and costs to address those concerns.

Great service, performed with a smile. Furnace checked out & water heater examined for debris. No full flushing I was told it was not needed. Great to have piece of mind.
