Noah did a great job. Through the regular inspection, found a couple of issues that would have likely left us in the cold this winter if not addressed today. Appreciated getting repairs done the same day.

Access heating and air communicated perfectly. We’re on time. Completed and inspection and cleaning with filter replacement. Service technician was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company for HVAC services

As a home owner and customer of multiple HVAC companies serving the greater Treasure Valley I am proud to give Access Heating and Air the highest possible commendation. Over 30 years I have used many different providers and can confidently say Access is superior to any/all other companies I have encountered. There is not a single element of the process I can find fault in, we had a full system replacement done and it was flawless and frankly impressive!!! Had I only known a year ago when I used a competitor at another property. We had a very different experience with Access and HIGHLY recommend them in your time of need.

Andy was amazing!!! He literally had our problem diagnosed after spending less than 3 minutes with my HVAC system. He was kind, personable, and got our air conditioner fixed immediately! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

And was super helpful. I work out of town and was able to deal with him over the phone to get him out to help my mom. He was very prompt in his response and super professional. I will absolutely use Andy for my needs in the future.

Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with and will be who I request to come out every time now! He was very quick to get out to us for two issues and is very knowledgeable and kind! My son was wanting to see what he was doing and he was so sweet to him and made atlas’s day! Both issues are now fixed and were fixed quickly! I can’t thank team access and Josh enough for their great work! Thank you Josh for making my lil boys day and being so amazing to work with, you are the best!!

We called because our AC wasn't working. The tech came and worked to look for an issue. He showed my husband pictures from his phone of the motherboard with burn marks on it and suggested we replace it along with the pieces needed to make it work (over $1000). He called a salesmen to give us a quote to replace it since "it probably isn't worth replacing and was an old unit". We knew it was older and were not super surprised. The salesmen came and gave us a quote.

We decided to get a second opinion just for good measure but felt like we'd go with your company. We called another company the next day who took a look as well. He found NO burn marks and showed my husband the actual motherboard as proof. He was able to fix our unit with once piece for $200. He also mentioned our AC Unit was getting older and to start saving but it should work for us while we save up.

My biggest issue is the phone photo the technician used was NOT a photo of our unit and was used to talk us into replacing a perfectly good motherboard. We are very saddened by the lack of integrity and manipulation used and can not recommend anyone to use you.

Easy one stop shopping for all your needs! Easy to make appointment online, same day service, fully stocked truck. I LOVE that they text you who is coming and their picture. Nice safety touch. Joshua was an excellent tech, very clear and up front about cost and showed the exact problem. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thanks!

We love using Access Heating, Air & Plumbing for our plumbing and furnace maintenance! Josh came out this morning to inspect our tankless water heater and he was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with me and all my questions! He was respectful of our home and our fur baby. Gabe was also here this afternoon to do maintenance on our furnace and was also very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home and fur baby. Definitely look forward to future business with Access and highly recommend.

Fantastic crew of installers for my new heating, air condtiining and water heater. Professional but also personable.. A team of experts! So very pleased with the entire system and the installers. A great company to work with and one I highly recommend!

Andy was great during the time he provided the service at my house. He was very professional and through. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and sought permission each step of the way. I will personally ask for him to come back and service my hvac system again. Great job Andy.

We used Access for a plumbing issue. Their response was very quick and the plumber who fixed the problem was amazing. He was personal, professional and very good at his trade. He gave me a few different options to fix the problem and explained the benefits of each. You could tell he that he has a real passion for his job and the company he works for. He did an excellent job and I would highy reccomend the company!

Josh was a great technician. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions and gave me all of the options available. He told me what I could choose to fix the bare minimum or replace the entire system to get more use out of what still had a bit of life in it. I chose to replace my entire system because I felt comfortable and confident that he was being completely honest with my issues and I didn’t feel like he was trying to trick me into fixing something that wasn't needed. He replaced my water heater, all of the pipes, fittings and the expansion tank. He left the work area clean and removed all of the trash and items he replaced. I believe this is an honest and professional company.

We contacted Access for a plumbing emergency right before Christmas. They came over within a few minutes and after diagnosing the problem the service man recommended a solution to the problem and quickly resolved our issue. They were professional, considerate, and within the budget. They even recommended solutions to avoid the problem reoccurring. We highly recommend. Thank you Access and Joshua!
