Service date Oct 7, 2025 Bait & switch with no work actually done to unit! A “tune-up” (they call it) is actually an inspection, but they don’t tell you that! I specifically asked for filter to be changed due to remodel. I received these pics today from an honest HVAC company. Nothing had been done but Access was quick to send me a $149 bill for a $29.99 “tune-up”! Now the worse part! Sent invoice for almost $4k for repairs that it didn’t need! The honest company said the air flow issue, Access tech spoke about, was restricted due to the air filter! A $10 air filter! ! Today, I called, they agreed to forego the $149, said “let’s let by-gones be by-gones. Which IMO means, please don’t tell anyone what we did! Well, sorry but I won’t be quiet while there is any possibility they do this to another person!

Bought a house in September of 2023. During the winter of 2024 I noticed a very unusual noise from the unit during the defrost cycle. August of 2025 Andy was dispatched to trouble shoot the issue. At first it was thought to be the reversing valve. Andy dug a little deeper and found the refrigerant a tad low. They could have upcharged me the couple thousand dollars to do the reversing valve but instead sold me on topping off the refrigerant for a few hundred. We ran the unit thru this last winter without the unusual noise. I am very pleased with Access. Honest and ethical customer service. Five stars all the way.

Access heating cooling and plumbing knows what they’re doing.Tyson Stucki came out and serviced my heating air conditioning system. He is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Professional in appearance and interaction. Prices are reasonable company is easy to deal with. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have trusted “7th Element Heating and Cooling” for three years. They have always been my local business of choice in Eagle, Idaho and have proven over and over that they do quality work. I recently had the technician, Johnny, conduct a check on my A/C system. He was very thorough and took care in every aspect of the inspection. He was straight forward in what needed to be done to ensure the system was in peak running form. I will gladly use “7th Element” as my go-to heating and cooling company.

Josh and 7th Element never disappoint. He always shows up promptly and provides the highest level of service -- in this case on Thanksgiving Day! Call out fee was reasonable -- especially for a holiday -- and we appreciated the quick friendly fix all the more for having a houseful of company that day. Highly recommend!

I have American Home Shield as my home warranty provider and they contracted with 7th Element Heating & Cooling to do my AC tune-up. Daniel was the technician who did the tune-up. I was extremely satisfied by Daniel's professionalism, attention to detail, and performance. He kept me abreast of his timeline and did a great job setting up my AC to perform to its full efficiency.

Josh and his team just installed a new HVAC in our 30 year old home and we love it! They were so careful to be tidy while working and had the best communication with us every step of the way. We really appreciated their help upgrading and putting in a dual zone system so we can control the upstairs separate from the downstairs. Great team of guys!

Aaron came for a tune up, he cleaned the AC unit, replaced a capacitor, and added refrigerant. Our house is already cooler. He was kind and described everything he was doing. Best HVAC service we’ve ever had.

Not only did he repair it, but also stuck around to make sure the system worked properly after completing the repair. He did a great job of explaining the issue to me and was very patient responding to my many questions. Definitely will use them again.

Very professional company from the time I made the appointment till completion of the inspection. Immediately after setting up an appointment I received a text with the technicians name and phone number. Day of the inspection, the company texted that Daniel was on his way, along with his picture for safety reasons. Daniel was very competent and personable. 5 stars well deserved.
