Job was new piping for entire house. Steve and Braden were awesome! On time, great communication, keeping us informed of details or issues they found. Respectful not only to us but to our property as well (no dents, dings or scratches). These 2 are great representatives of their company.

Johnathan Phillips, my technician, was polite, personable and professional. You could tell that he liked the work he did. He gave me a real sense that he cared that I got the best service and equipment.

My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. It was installed just under two years ago. Right Now was able to get a technician, Sam, out the same day. He did troubleshooting and found that the connection from the thermostat to the furnace came loose and it wasn’t sending enough voltage for the furnace to kick on. He checked all the connections, redid them and ensured the furnace was working properly before considering it done. I appreciate his professional manner and way he looked over everything. Made a bad situation better.,

I heard Right Now Heating & Air had a $12 special. I jumped on that right away. I scheduled a 12-3pm window. At 11:20 I was called to info me the tec was on his way. Excellent. Early. What a concept these days. Noah went over everything he intended to do. He was polite, answered all questions. He was very efficient. Last year when we had our annual tune up the technician did not drain our water tank. Noah offered to do that for us as well. He provided a detailed summary sheet of what he observed and gave us suggestions that he thought might help us in keeping our unit in tip top shape (a water softener). He did not pressure us, he simply gave us information so we could make a decision. I appreciated that. No high pressure making me feel like we had to do anything additional at that moment. You see I do want a water softener but financially right now it is not feasible. No pressure. Nice and refreshing. I am keeping Noah’s name as I will be calling them again.

Brian was amazing, very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us every step of the way while making decisions on purchasing a new water heater.. we truly appreciate him and all his work

Technician was on time, took his time to make sure the new water heater was properly installed, including new venting, gas lines and water lines. Turned out great!

Our water heater was 22 years old. The technicians did a great job! Aldo and I can't remember the other man's name. Everything worked great and they left that section of my garage cleaner than they found it.

Stayed late to make sure all plumbing issues were done right! Upon copletion, he even cleaned up after himself leaving the kitchen floor cleaner than when he started! Really great job!

Bryan came to service our heating system and checking on our water heater. He was so pleasant and thorough, answering any questions we had. We felt we received great service. Thank you.

Andrew H. did a great job installing our new hot water heater. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We’re very satisfied and have hot water again! Highly recommend.

My heater went during right as it got ugly cold. Called Right Now Heating & Air and they made it out the next day. Brady was great. Got it work and explained everything well. I have a house full of animals that didn’t seem to bother them (Brady or his apprentice). They were both easy to work with and very respectful. The cat might have even gone home with them if I let him. Thanks for your hard work!

I was asked to leave a review of the service techs performance.
If it's good, he gets $20.
After he left, and the salesman came out.
I was informed differently then what was explained to me.
I long excepted service, because I was told that the services preformed could be applied toward an upgraded furnace. Even if its toward the fall.
I asked specifically, because the repairs were quite expensive.
I didn't get to see the failing parts. So, no photos.

Our technician, Hank, was amazing! Punctual, friendly, and extremely competent. He checked, double checked, and triple checked everything on the furnace, changed the air filter, and answered our questions without hesitation. We have enjoyed the service we have received from Right Now for well over 10 years and have never been disappointed. This last visit confirms that their service technicians are top notch.

Andrew did excellent work! He explained what he recommended to do and gave the information needed so I could make an informed decision. He worked around my work schedule, as I work from home and needed privacy. He got the job done efficiently and was personable and friendly. I needed a new water heater and was able to get in installed and working in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend Andrew and Right Now.

Our furnace quit working and Right Now Plumbing and Heating responded quickly after we emailed them the night before. They were prompt on arriving on time. Our technician was well informed on what needed to be done to get us heat back into our home. He let us know of the upgrades that he suggested but wasn't offended when we decided to just have the furnace repaired at this time. We had an emergency plumbing issue at our business and this was the only plumber I contacted that made it a priority. They were there within the hour even though they were busy that day.

The receptionst was very friendly and kind and the plumber was very respectful and kind as well. He did a great job with communication and even took time to look at our sink at my request... in addition to the service he urgently responded to. I believe Joel was our plumber, so easy to work with and very personable...Thank you for helping us! Everyone was great!!

I just did the tune-up. He explained the different maintenance things I could do, but wasn't pushy, even when I chose not to do any of them.
