We recently had Top Shelf install a heating unit in our workshop at The Mustard Seed and everyone was amazing! Kelly was awesome to work within the beginning stages and Chris, Conner and Willy were fabulous the day of install!! We loved working with them all and would highly recommend them!!

We had Top Shelf Heating and Cooling install a mini split Heat/AC unit in our garage. The owners, Kenny and Kevin, were honest, professional, and knowledgeable in knowing which unit would work best for us. Chris and Konner did an awesome job on the install and cleanup afterwards. Chris was very thorough in explaining how the system and remote work. Konner even serviced our furnace in the house at the same time which made it nice to not have to schedule another appointment. Highly recommend this company!

This is my first experience with the top shelf, and I was very pleased. They were able to work with my changing schedule and make the appointment very convenient for me. Chris was the technician that came over and he was terrific from the first minute. He checked everything in my system and changed my filters and showed me the pros and cons of my system. I would not hesitate to use them again and I’ve already planned a summer check up

I've used several different HVAC companies for tune-ups as a way of vetting them for my inevitable furnace and condenser replacement. Top Shelf had done a few of those tune-up services over the past 5 years and they were a standout company during that vetting process.
TOP SHELF TRULY IS TOP SHELF! They are honest, fair, professional, and timely. This was the year that I had to replace the system. Top Shelf worked with me to get a quality system at a reasonable price and even offered financing. I got a quote from two other companies as well as Top Shelf. The other companies were thousands over Top Shelf, were offering inferior products, and would make me wait for install. I also felt uneasy when dealing with the sales reps for those other companies. All of the Top Shelf employees that I dealt with were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and unpretentious. I felt like I got a fair deal and the overall demeanor of the employees gives me confidence in recommending them to everyone and continuing to do business with them in the future.

I am so very appreciative of everyone at Top Shelf! Dealing with my property management company has been an absolute nightmare but Top Shelf did everything in their power to get my heating unit fixed as soon as possible as well as let me know that running on the auxiliary heater would skyrocket my power bill (so very true 😑). The minute the PM came through with approval, Top Shelf called me to schedule the repair. The two gentleman who replaced the heating unit were very polite, informative of what they would be doing and even put booties on over there shoes to come inside the apartment. THANK YOU!!

Furnace was not reaching temps above 70 degrees. Chris came out and resolved issue. He also took the time to show and explain to me my furnace components and where the issue was and cause. Also, Andrea at Top Shelf is excellent with communication and providing prompt service. This is my 2nd time using Top Shelf and both times the technicians were informative and efficient identiying problem. Highly recommend this company. Will be doing their yearly membership maintenace program. Thank you Top Shelf.

We had a fireplace gas leak. Kelly and the Top Shelf team were professional and courteous. They identified and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Their communication was impeccable from the moment we reached out looking for a technician to the moment they walked out the door after completing the job. Cannot recommend them enough.

These guys are awesome! Both of my systems failed within about two months of each other, and they nailed both jobs. Super professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and they took a lot of time to answer all of my questions.

I did have to call them back because of an inspection issue, and they handled it quickly, no hassle, and at no extra cost. They even offered to haul away some old appliances for me, which was completely above and beyond.

Honestly, they felt more like family than a contractor. I’d absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Bonus: they treated my crazy dog like their own.

He was fast efficient, well, mannered in a very kind. He explained things to us about our system that we didn't know. We appreciated having him in our home.

Steve and Braden, were awesome to come at a late hour in the Night because I had a leak that was getting onto my carpet. They found the problem right away and fix it right away when the minimum charge. I’m so impressed and I will be using right now as my heating cooling plumbing and electrical contractors from now on..

Bryan came out and cleaned and serviced our water heater, furnace, and AC unit. He gave us a comprehensive evaluation of our systems and their condition. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very clean inside and out if my home.

I had the best service from Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician that came, although young, was knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and left me with confidence in his ability to take care of my heater, air conditioner, and water heater. He was very polite and made sure he wore his shoe cover each time he entered my home. I would diffently use this company again and recommend it highly yo my family and friends.

Ali came out on Thanksgiving Day and got our furnace working perfectly in about an hour. He was polite and helpful. He answered questions my husband had and is very knowledgeable.

My mom's house was built in the 70's with galvanized pipe which was giving her several water issues throughout the house. After estimate both directions she decided to replace the piping in the house along with different filter option. Everything went very well and they helped resolve a couple unforseen problems quickly. She is happy with the work that was done.
