Came in identified the problem and fixed it as soon as they could, we had to wait through the week end with no air conditioning, (very hard to do with puppies in the blazing heat of summer but we made it, thanks to cold showers and the water hose for puppies to play) because the motor part was not on their truck (😳😳🥹)…Friday, Saturday Sunday and finally by Monday morning, first thing, it was fixed!! We really appreciated it so much! Thank you seventh element heating and cooling! You are fantastic!!

Hi highly recommend 7th Element Heating and Cooling. They answered their phone and were able to quickly schedule a service call. Daniel showed up on time, was professional, friendly and got to the bottom of my AC issue. He did not try to upsell me on a new system like other companies. He explained the issue, how it would be fixed and quoted a great price! Overall, it was a good experience from the customer service-repair and billing.

These guys were great! Showed up 5 hours after I called on a Sunday morning. Had the problem with my air conditioner diagnosed and repaired in an hour.

7th Element has been awesome! I first worked with them last winter when my furnace went out and even though it was a Saturday, Josh got back to me incredibly quickly and was able to come repair it over the weekend (including tracking down a relatively rare replacement part). I just had an A/C tuneup and Aaron was very great too. He explained everything to me and got my ridiculously old A/C unit running better than ever without trying to persuade me into buying a new unit. Everyone that I’ve met at 7th Element has been professional, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

We were very impressed with 7th Element Heating & Cooling! Our home warranty company originally dispatched a different HVAC provider, but after checking reviews I cancelled that work order and requested someone with a better online presence and reviews. They dispatched 7th Element instead—and I’m so glad they did. They called the same day to schedule service for the following morning and the issues were solved within 24 hours of my initial home warranty inquiry. It has been nearly 2 weeks since their service was performed and our A/C is working great.

Johnny, the young technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and solved our issue quickly. Our A/C was struggling to keep up during the hottest parts of the day, and he replaced the capacitor, installed a soft start on the compressor, and helped extend the life of our 35-year-old (!!!) unit. He even went the extra mile by putting a sticker on the filter cover so I’ll always know which way the filters go—such a thoughtful detail.

I appreciated that there was no sales pitch and no pressure for unnecessary parts or services—just honest, quality work. Whether or not we keep our home warranty, we’ll definitely be calling 7th Element for all future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Daniel and Josh were great, they explained everything in great detail. Daniel went above and beyond troubleshooting the system to resolve the issue.

Incredible experience! I was able to schedule right away and they were flexible around our schedule. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to handle it within a few minutes and save us from having to purchase a whole new unit!

First time using 7th Element. They were professional and courteous and finished checking and servicing my AC without trying to talk me into costly unnecessary "extras". They'll be back in the fall to check on the furnace and it's all included in the initial fair pricing. I'm definitely pleased with this company and their technicians.

Daniel come out and took care of us when our AC unit stopped working. He explained the problem, helped fix everything, and taught me how to clean my AC unit to keep it running well for years to come. Great service!! Highly recommend!
