d their services for a few years and have chosen them for my annual service on heating and air conditioning. Recently they installed a new water heater for me. I trust the quality and service they provide. All of the technicians I have met are reputable and have never caused me to.have concern when in my home. I highly recommend this company.

My partner chose Easy Heating and Air several years ago for a complete new HVAC system and we have been very impressed with them. I was a little concerned because the proposal was just over half what a larger company in Boise quoted. Whether he calls with a concern, or for scheduled maintenance, they always resolve issues quickly and professionally. When I was flying into the country last week, I received a panicked text from my property manager stating the HVAC was out in my rental house. I called Easy and Morgan went out the same night and sent me an itemized proposal (while still on layover), which was VERY much lower than the estimate the property manager obtained from another company, so I decided to add a new a/c unit at this time as well. They got the work done immediately and Regan was wonderful getting everything handled on the billing. Highly recommend Easy Heating.

Easy H & A replaced the furnace and AC in our 42 year old house in Eagle while retaining our existing duct system. Our existing AC/Furnace had been installed 20 years earlier and was not cooling the house well and temperatures were unbalanced between upstairs and down. They did quality work, finished in timely manner, honored there quote, and the new system works way better than the old. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We have hired East Heating and Air multiple times to help with our heating and air conditioning needs. We found them when our gas heater gave up the ghost about four years ago in Caldwell . They were one of about 4 contractors we spoke to. We found them to be knowledgeable, reliable, professional and fairly priced. They didn’t do any arm twisting, they didn’t hound us, the helped us immensely! They are always “Johnny on the spot” and that has remained consistent throughout the years. We moved to a new home and it also needed a new system and they helped us with that too. I also purchased the annual maintenance program because they come out and do our AC and heat checks in the spring and fall without fail. I highly recommend Easy Heating and Air.

LOVE this company! Last summer, they replaced our furnace/ac ducts. They arrived as scheduled, did quality work, and offered a very reasonable price. A day or so after the job, I noticed an issue with one of the vents. I called and they immediately sent a tech over to make it right.
We used them a second time in the fall to repair a drain issue with the ac unit. Once again, fantastic work, knowledgeable, friendly, and very informative!
We scheduled a general Maintenance inspection with them a little over a month ago. They showed up, adjusted a few things to make our furnace run more efficiently and went over some options, (including interest free financing) for a much needed upgrade, (our furnace is ancient!).
Tonight, so far, the snowiest night of the year, our furnace went out. We called Morgan on the main line and had James at our door within an hour. He really knows his stuff and is extremely friendly and informative! He replaced the relay switch, gave us an excellent price, and had our furnace running within an hour!
We are definitely lifers of Easy H&A, now, and plan to have them install a whole new furnace and ac condenser in the spring.

My elderly parent's heater went out this winter on a weekend. I called Morgan at Easy Heating and Air because of previous business that I did with him a couple of years back. (great, honest service and timeliness then as well) They came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed the older system in about an hour. My folks were really relieved to have the heat back on in 30 deg outside temps. Their fireplace wasn't really keeping up. Fair price and great service, can't ask for much more than that.

Easy Heating and Air has done some work for me on a few occasions recently. I’m fixing up an older place, and they’ve been extremely helpful in getting things into good working order. They’re always on time-in fact, on one occasion when my AC suddenly wouldn’t work, someone was at my house in 30 minutes and solved the problem very quickly. I’ve found all their employees to be very courteous and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again any time.

Easy Heating and Air has done a fair amount of work for me in the past few months, including installing a new AC unit and hot water heater. Every employee I've worked with has been polite, professional, and more than willing to answer any question I've had about the work being done.

I had my entire system replaced; heating\air\thermostat. The old system was inefficient, ran constantly, and something had to be done. From my initial contact with Kelly Martin (owner) and all communications with this business staff the experience was extremely professional. The cost was below what I had expected and the installed units are top of the line, quiet, and very efficient. From the time I committed to the purchase and installation of the products the process was very smooth and took less than 4 days. The installation tech, Tony, is knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. The entire Easy Heating and Air staff checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. The office staff is a joy to work with. Recently retired and having worked with numerous businesses and business people during my career it’s refreshing to know there are still excellent businesses like this out there.
By the way, they have also done a lot of work at my daughters home as well. She is very satisfied 😊

Given the expense of a new AC/furnace purchase, we had 5 different companies provide bids. Easy Heating & Air we’re the best in terms of time to respond, pricing, professionalism, sharing information and discussing various options. Big thanks to Morgan for all his help in selecting the right system and getting us scheduled in a short amount of time. The installation team was excellent as well…quality installation, they left the area cleaner than what they found it and they were professional / personable.

This is the third time I've used them after an AC system and water softener last year. They are the best! They are extremely thorough, with their inspections and their quotes! They have always been right on time for every appt and have impeccable communication. From the office to the techs they are extremely personable, friendly, and professional. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. I've highly recommended them to my daughter and son in law as well. You will not be disappointed.

Called them a few days ago because our AC unit wouldn't turn on with new Nest Thermostat I installed in February. The technician came and spent two hours on a Friday (Memorial Day holiday weekend) evening trouble-shooting the system. Found a random short near the control board. Thankful for the quick appointment and perseverance of the technician. We also had them install a gas line to our outdoor fireplace a few months ago for a reasonable price and it was done professionally and timely. They service our HVAC system yearly. Definitely recommend this company. They are excellent.

Easy Heating & Air is the best one in the valley! They’ve replaced our AC, hot water heater, & furnace and did a great job. Their staff is always super friendly. When our furnace went out, the technician was out same day & let us borrow two space heaters until they could get out the next day to replace the furnace. The technicians were professional, courteous and kind. Very polite and answered all questions and educated us on the product and use. Took as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with the product. I would highly recommend their services.

Posting a new review, as I just had another emergency after hours company come in to replace a normal wear and tear part.

The technician from Bills mentioned how great of a job everything was setup, specifically that Easy Hearing installed a switch in the ac unit that helped prevent further damage from the normal wear part failure.

The technicians from this company were also great when they did work here too. Just thought it important to mention years later another company pointed out how well the original installation was done

Morgan, Kelly and the team at Easy Heating and Air are one of the most responsive companies I've ever worked with. Much appreciated. I had them install an energy efficient Daikin FIT heat pump system at my home in Boise. After the install an issue with the ducting was identified that made it audibly loud. They came back out and re-did the ductwork at basically no extra cost. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and I've been super happy with the system.

When the system went down due to an unexpected dirty air filter (user error), they were out on a Sunday afternoon in 107F to troubleshoot w/ in 2 hours. Very impressed. Def recommend these guys.

Morgan and his team at Easy Heating and Air are the best in the Treasure Valley. I have worked with them at least 10 times and probably closer to 20 for my property management business. In business there's a term called the Iron Triangle and you can pick 2: Done Quickly, Low Cost, High Quality. I'm fairly certain these guys are the unicorn of all 3.
