Classic bait and switch you have a coupon for drain cleaning as low as $59 when they get here it’s $527. How does it go from a $59 basic drain cleaning to $527 Nothing elaborate like jetting or anything a simple snake drain cleaning

Carlos was so kind and explained exactly what was going on and what he was doing to fix it. He was great with my young kid's questions and even had patience with my nosey golden retriever : )

Jarret and Sean did an excellent job! They we friendly, efficient, and clean! 10/10 would recommend.

These two guys were terrific. They were very pleasant, and they did a terrific job of installing our AC split. We still had to wait for the electrician to come out, but this part of the project was pretty flawless.

In addition, when the electrician didn't show up as originally planned, I contacted Noah and he was able to convey the message to figure out what was going on.

It turns out that the electrician was sick, but nobody ended up telling us. Kudos to Noah and the other dude that installed the split.

From the moment I called to inquire about the service they could provide through setting the appointment, and the follow through with the appointment. The entire experience was very positive.

The technician told me exactly when he would be there, he was on time, very thorough in his explanation, and worked efficiently and timely.

They left things neat and tidy and everything worked as expected.

I’m grateful for the quick response and the professional work that they performed.

In regards to the follow up service- Andy was the service tech did the diagnostics to resolve the 1sr floor furnace problem (we have a 2-zone system). Noah worked on the duct addition for improved airflow. Noah was neat & cleaned up his work in our garage- a good barometer of a person’s work ethic!! Also explained how he did the construction. Good 2-man team. Appreciated that Andy himself came out to finish the job after parts arrived- helps when you don’t get a different person. Btw, we purchased this new HVAC system from IDHA in 2023. 1/2025 the 1st floor heat went out. Parts still under warranty -great! Hope we don’t have any more issues going forward- fingers crossed !!🤞🏼

HUGE SHOUT out to the team at Idaho plumbing, heating and air! Everyone from the office staff to the new employee's and all the amazing techs are wonderful to work with.
Sean Coulter went above and beyond this week on a sewer line issue one of the homes we manage. He was able to get it all worked out and in the end the city took responsibility, this saved the owner thousands.
Kelli and Katie in the office keep everything moving forward for the 100+ homes we manage. Scott is always helpful when owners have questions above my knowledge level.

Carlos was out to followup on a repair on my furnace that didn't work. Professional and polite he tried several ways to correct the problem but eventually could not fix it. He is getting replacement parts and will schedule a return visit.

He did the job much sooner than we expected, which was wonderful. Showed up on time, cleaned up well. Very knowledgeable and easy to converse with.

Idaho Heating and Air came out and replaced my wore out unit. Everyone who came out was great, hard working knowledgeable did I mention hard working ? These guys came in and got right to work. They came in and left the space better than they found it, cleaned everything up very thoroughly. Thank you again to Idaho Heating and Air!

Sean is very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. In the past He has replaced our water softener and garbage disposal, and ran a new water line that involved running it under our driveway. Most recently he replaced a leaky hose bib in the front yard,

pretty much the opposite of a trustworthy company or competent. we paid for a mid range bryant unit and they had to come back about a dozen times due to them not getting it done right the first time. had to clean up after them. they didn’t even put a bryant coil inside and never addressed that with me. kinda like when they caught my attic on fire and no one told me and everyone was gone for me to find space heaters in my home. leading them to have to install an inefficient system for months causing my power bill to triple. they have zero customer service skills. might as well call a pink truck. feel free to comment and i have plenty of receipts from multiple owners including bryan palmer who never did anything to make it right and then they wonder why we are frustrated. again, no customer service skills and highly question their hvac skills.

counting to place blame and take zero accountability. i didn’t call because of “dust”, you and everyone there should know about the 20 pictures of insulation spread everywhere.

this company is not competent for a remodel. maybe a new build. idk but we had probably over half a dozen subs here and this is the only negative review i had to leave. please feel free to take a gander at my post. i can not continue to waste my time defending myself to these incompetent individuals.

14 times they had to come here he says. 14 days we had to take out animals elsewhere and not have sufficient services. read between the lines.

I called Idaho Heating and Air when I woke up to a cold house. Even though it was before 7:00am, Scott answered the phone and was able to rearrange the schedule to get someone to come to the house to evaluate what the problem was. Jarrett came over and figuring out what was wrong with my old system. He stayed for several hours and really worked to get things working again. I appreciated how long he stayed and how he thought of different ways he could get the furnace working. I ended up speaking with Scot and Kelli about a new system and decided that it would be more beneficial to have that instead of fixing my 35 year old system.
Jarrett and David came back the next day and spent the whole day taking out the old furnace and AC and installing my new furnaces and AC unit. Jarrett and David were both super friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and patiently helped me get everything set up.
I am so glad my friend recommended Idaho Heating and Air. They are a great company to work with and I am happy to be their new customer.

Cohlton and David were great! After 7 weeks without our furnance we were so glad to see them. They had it installed in 2 days (the day before Thanksgiving). It was so great to have people who know about geothermal. Thanks to everyone!!

David Cardoza with Idaho heating an air did a great job on my new furnace install, provided all the information I needed and was a big help. He was a pure gentleman and represented the company as a wonderful employee! They are lucky to have to him! Would definitely use this company again!

We have been having trouble with our heater intermittently going out and after a couple visits from the company, Mike S. came out on the 3rd call. He was very helpful and found the problem. He also took the time to address 3 other small issues we have mentioned over the years that were never resolved during our regular maintenance visits. Mike was knowledgeable and experienced, and we are so grateful for his help.
