My technician today was Carlos. He is so friendly and cheerful! He did a thorough check of my heat pump and furnace, and explained everything clearly. I had been a little worried about it, but he put my mind at ease and explained everything clearly. I will ask for him next time I get a checkup. Thank you, Carlos!

Sean Coulter was our plumber and was absolutely great! Prompt, reasonable prices, and fun guy to chat with. Would gladly hire him again anyday! Got our water softener replaced. While there, he had great recommendations on what to do with our failed septic tank as well. Thanks Sean!

Jarrett did a great job In the installation of my new Daiken fit system. Very professional and thoughtful young man. He stayed very late on a Friday night to complete the job and get running for the weekend. Would highly recommend.

I am very fortunate and grateful for Idaho Plumbing, Heating & Air. I am not usually a person who leaves reviews good or bad, but I am very happy with the service I received and felt a review was necessary.
My hot water heater went out the day I was getting ready to go out of town on a business trip. I consider myself a somewhat handy or mechanically capable person and told my wife I would fix it when I got back, because I was pretty sure it was just the thermocouple. Very big mistake on my part, men, don't tell your wives you're going to fix something when you get back if it's something like a Hot water heater.
Once I got back started trying to fix the hot water heater, with no success. My wife was already very frustrated after going two days without hot water and I was definitely in over my head. I called Idaho Plumbing, Heating & Air on a Friday afternoon. It was late, but I explained the situation, and they let me know that they would get me taken care of right away.
Within a couple hours they had had a tech out to our house and working on our hot water heater. The tech that came out was Cohlton, very knowledgeable and quick and helpful. I told him what I thought was the problem after explored that and used a few tricks of the trade ruled out my theory. Then they gave me the news no homeowner wants to hear, my hot water heater could be fixed, but most likely was better off being replaced. Our hot water heater was old, so I understand it was overdue and ready to be replaced.
Cohlton, was very helpful with explaining the options and educating me on their products and what they could do. I didn't feel pressured or that I was being steered in any particular any particular direction. All in all it was a very good experience. They didn't have the particular model of the hot water heater I wanted, but he had a good working relationship with his distributor called them up and explained the situation and got the hot water heater. He told me that he could do it that night if I wanted him to or he could come back over first thing in the morning and replace it. Cohlton came back over first thing on Saturday morning and had it replaced and ready to go within an hour.
They called me back with a fallow up call soon after and I told them how happy I was with our experience. My wife was so thrilled. She was in the kitchen and started making a commotion and I asked her what was going on she said I am so happy to have hot running water again. The Hot water heater we chose definitely outperforms our old one. When all four people in the house have showered and guests have showered, we aren't running out of hot water anymore.
Thank you, Idaho Plumbing, Heating & Air for getting me and my family taken care of, especially late on a Friday night and then early on a Saturday morning. Your service was above and beyond what I have experienced with past plumbers. Thank you!

Bryan and his team at Idaho Geothermal, Heating & Air are AMAZING! Bryan is one of the few contractors whose ethics I have never questioned. I feel safe with him generaling my jobs. He was honest and upfront in his communications. I HIGHLY recommend. I had a 2000 sqft heated patio installed by Bryan and his team and he had an engineer sign-off on our design, on his own dime, and made sure that I was completely confident in the system he was installing. He always answered and called me back promptly. Bryan truly cares about his business and his customers.

Ultimate did our original installation of our HVAC system when we built in 2014 and they have done all the seasonal maintenance ever since then. Their team is always professional and on time. We have loved working with them for 11 years!

Rolando and Richard were very prompt and professional. They went through all the things with my water heater and got it working in tip top shape. In addition, they gave me some future estimates and got me signed up on their maintenance program. All before 10 am on Monday morning. Very satisfied with the service!

Josh was extremely helpful in explaining the condition of my furnace/ heatpump and showing me those conditions. He took time to explain the issues in a way I could grasp and understand. Not only that, he was a genuinely nice person. Great to have in my home.

Ultimate heating came out and cleaned our ducts. The technician was very professional and did a good job! All in all I have been pleased with all the stuff they have done for us!

We move into a new with a gas dryer but no gas hookup. They were very thorough & spent alot of time in our crawlspace finding the best location to run a gas line.

Not happy we had complete new install and it has been a nightmare. We were left with partially installed unit that failed on weekend. This new system has thrown fault codes almost everyday. It is very loud and we are still having issues. I felt ok with cost but now I feel like we got sold a very low quality unit.

Aidan was very kind. He introduced himself when he got here. We talked about some things about the furnace , and he listened to what I had to say he did his duty , and then we talked about what could improve and what needed to be improved , which he was very honest about. But he did not get the message about the air filter , and he's going to have to return to replace them.

Connor and Ryan did a fantastic job installing our new water softener. They were both efficient and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

These guys were great! They came into a real crappy situation. I had that involved flooding, possible mold, rust, probably things we don’t even know about. They had to swap out everything appliances and ductwork. They all came in happy seemed like they had a great time working with each other. It kept me informed of all the steps they were doing any concerns or things I needed to remember. I felt comfortable and confident with them in my house and fixing my equipment. Patrick Van Paepeghen was very knowledgeable about his job. He understood our issue and the concern that we had no heat. He was very willing to answer our questions, no matter how confusing they were!

Chad was a hero today. Water leaked from a screw that penetrated the main water line in the wall. He was fast, efficient and really professional. Fixed in less than an hour and we were back to normal, as much as crazy normal can be at our house.

As usual, Ultimate Heating has been wonderful since we had them install a brand new furnace and AC unit in August 2024. Dustin came out promptly last week to perform the checkup and annual routine maintenance included in our original contract. He was great, very meticulous and professional. We appreciate Ultimate Heating!
