A1 did a fantastic job for troubleshooting my heating issues. I have to share a special call out to HVAC specialist - Dillon who was extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable about the HVAC. He was able to diagnose, rectify, maintain and patiently walked me through his work and helped answer my many questions. I am one happy camper. Thanks Dillon and A1!

Yes we hadA1 heater and air conditioning and Electric install our new kitchen combo and our new AC and heater HVAC everything went so beautiful from start to finish even as well as the cleanup appreciate it guys I recommend you to anyone. I trust A-1 and I recommend it to friends in need of HVAC service. In a highly competitive market, A-1 puts customers first. They never use high-pressure tactics to persuade customers to get repairs they may not need immediately. When they find a part that is due for replacement, they let customers decide whether to act preemptively or wait until it fails and needs emergency attention. Their prices are no higher than that of their competitors, but their business practices and service personnel are definitely better.

KC and Quentin were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and personable. We are having repeated issues with the rollout switch tripping after installing a new rollout and not seeing obvious reasons for the switch tripping. KC has not given up on finding the cause and fixing the issue which we appreciate. Quentin came on board with the most recent visit and brought a second set of eyes and his knowledge. They swapped out a flex pipe for a smooth pipe and replaced the combustion fan so hopefully that will resolve the rollout switch tripping. They also ran a combustion analysis on our system and ran a camera through to see if there was any blockage. While here, KC had remembered we discussed adding an Air Scrubber to our HVAC and brought it along to see if it would fit our system; it did fit and they installed it and we are absolutely thrilled!!! Our repair was 100% covered under Lennon warranty and we purchased the Air Scrubber Advanced. Thanks guys!

We scheduled a HVAC cleaning service. Our technician gave us a 15 minute heads up on his arrival and he arrived prepared to start work. He was very professional and made sure he answered all our questions and took care of a minor wiring issue that could have been a problem in a few years. We were really impressed with our technician and unfortunately I don’t remember his name.

Zachery completed the fall maintenance on our furnace. He was very professional and took his time in making sure all vents were working properly as well as the thermostat. He explained all the things he covered in checking out the furnace. I was very pleased with his work.

I was told I needed a new furnace. Before I could get this my furnace company quit doing residential work. On the advise of a friend I signed on with A-1 and had my furnace repaired and didn't have to buy a new one. Very satisfied with this company.

Kudos to Dennis at A1 for excellent service in repairing my furnace...replacing both thermostat and leaking condensation collector. He was efficient and provided detailed explanation of problems and various solutions.

These guys are great. My son’s furnace went out on a Sunday, I called A1 and they got right back to me. They came out Monday morning and had a quote for a new unit. We are still waiting for the quote from the company that has the service contract and it has been over a week. We are obviously going to go with A1, I have a 16 month old granddaughter and no heat in Boise is not OK, A1 understands. Thanks Again A1

Eric and Randy went above and beyond to help us with our cabin furnace! Eric met us on Saturday at a time that was convenient for us. We had previously been told by another agency that we needed a new furnace. Eric tested our furnace and showed us every step he took. He assured us the furnace was working fine and did not need replacing. He then spoke with his colleagues to assist us in troubleshooting the probable issue and encouraged us to contact an electrician. We did so and the problem was rectified. Randy then rechecked the furnace for us as we live 2 hours away. I would recommend A1 Heating to anyone looking for Heating and Cooling assistance!
