Adjusted review because they did what they could and set us up with a loaner portable AC. They didn't dodge the mistake or make excuses which is very admirable.

They scheduled an appointment to fix our AC after learning our AC wouldn't turn on during our property management's scheduled annual service in April. They thought they diagnosed the issue during the service and scheduled the repair and made several mistaken appointments before figuring out when they could fit us in. The day of the appointment they call 5min before the time window to reschedule because they forgot to order a part. Two weeks later they come out and attempt the repair and turns out it's a bigger problem and the furnace has to be replaced.

Eric was very knowledgable which helped us with a concern about how our house was set up. Inspected our unit but didn't try to upsell anything which was a breath of fresh air. Honest, ontime, and will definitely use again!

One Hour came out on a cold Sunday and fixed my system within 2.5 hours from when I contacted One about about the issue. Thank you!

I was running into problems with my AC when a neighbor recommended Eric who lived close by. He came over and was so personable. He took one look at the AC and knew exactly what to do. He replaced a part on the AC right away and instantly fixed the problem! I'm so grateful he was there to help!

Daniel arrived on time and took his time to do a thorough job on our seasonal A/C tune-up. I really appreciated that he switched out our air filter for us! The reason for the docked star is that I noticed he removed all the other HVAC and air duct cleaning company stickers that were on our furnace when he left a One Hour sticker on it. I don’t mind a company leaving their information but to remove anything from my home without asking is akin to theft. I needed the names and numbers of who had done previous work for me — for example, who do I call to replace the warrantied UV bulbs in the new UV cleaner I overpaid for from the air duct cleaning company? Not One Hour! Assuming I have this information written down or stored in my phone is folly. I would ask any HVAC service provider to consider not covering or removing other companies’ stickers without asking. You don’t know the whole story of why your “competitor” was at the property and people may need to easily access phone numbers for warranty claims, replacement parts covered by previous service plans they paid for, etc.

My heating and air conditioning only worked for one hour after this. Cool business idea I guess. (I have never hired this company and live in an apartment)

Eric Carlon with “One Hour Heat and Air” was awesome! Super friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Trouble shot our issue quickly, came up with a solution and explained everything in simple terms. It’s such a relief to have someone you can trust working on something as important as your HVAC. Highly recommend to all in need! I will definitely be calling them again if we need help in the future!

This was a service call for air conditioner not working. The house is empty and listed for sale. Apparently there was a problem with the electrical so the repair person could not do anything. The problem and reason for two stars is that they never contacted me to explain what was or wasn’t done and why. After sending me several requests for review I called to see just what was done, which was nothing. The responsiveness and scheduling up front was fine and tech appeared as scheduled but without communication afterwards I can not leave a good review.

Mario and Nick were very knowledgeable and worked really fast. The install looks very professional and works great! They did a great job and even walked us through the system to make sure we understood exactly what was done!

The techs from One Hour Heating were great! Anthony and Nick were kind and personable and worked fast and it was all a round a great experience. From the first appointment, they were all on time and took time to explain the situation. Eric came a few times to check in and he was nice and knowledgeable as well. Def would recommend this company. We have heat again! Yay!!

Eric was awesome! On a hot day after our furnace had broken down so no cool air was blowing through our home we had trouble getting a few other companies who we had worked with in the past come out to our home or sound like they even wanted to help us out over the phone. Then we called Eric and he was at the house within 30 minutes (on a Saturday), diagnosed the issue, went above and beyond to get the replacement blower motor we needed on a Saturday, then come back early Sunday morning to get it installed so we weren’t roasting. Will be using One Hour going forward!

Eric the technician from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning responded immediately to my frantic call for help when our A/C stopped working in July. He came to our house three hours later, at 8pm on a Friday, replaced two A/C components including the condenser, cleaned the buildup of gunk from the coils that we had never cleaned in 6 years, and got the whole system running again perfectly — all in about 40 minutes. We are very grateful for the emergency service, and for his tips on what to do next and the prognosis for our system. Highly recommended.

One Hour Heating and Air, has very fast and efficient service. Mario the technician who serviced my furnace was polite friendly and informative.

Daniel was friendly, respectful and very thorough in checking our HVAC components. He is very competent and did way more than I expected. He tore down and thoroughly cleaned the condenser unit as well as the blower unit. He gave us a complete report when he finished. I am very happy with the work he performed!

I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Ben and Andrey did during my HVAC annual maintenance! They were extremely thorough, going above and beyond by cleaning out caked-on debris inside my unit that I didn’t even know was there.
