Eric was very nice, arrived in 30 minutes, and took care of the issue right away. He explained what was wrong and what you happen in the future if I dont get my unit serviced, my ac stopped working on a sunday night. My house was 85 degrees on a 96 degree day. We are thankful he was available and willing to come out for emergency service.

One hour put in a new ac system for me which was a challenging install. They didn’t get everything right the first time but corrected everything without bandaiding the problem…they re-did it the way it needed to be done and timely. No hassles…eager to get it right and with impeccable customer service. Had a part warranty failure…Daniel was there within a few hours and correctly diagnosed it and had me running soon after. You guys Rock!

I called 1Hour Heating and Air Conditioning on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment for early Monday morning. Ross was awesome to speak too on the phone and was concerned about my AC problem. Dan the service technician showed up early, diagnosed everything my unit would need in a timely manner, offered great advice and repaired the problem. AC works like new now!

The customer service we received from Crystal and Daniel was top notch. Crystal scheduled the diagnostic, and I received a call from Daniel shortly after to confirm the appt.
Daniel arrived, slipped on his shoe covers and we discussed the issues. He wanted to look at the thermostat first to ensure it was operational. He asked about filters and ensured they were being placed. He then looked at the compressor. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. He completed the work and waited around to ensure the repair was done right. He assessed the temperature from the register and was satisfied the system was operating to standard.
I am more than satisfied with the response work completed by Daniel. Your company will be highly recommended to family and friends.

Hands down the best HVAC company! One Hour came out fast when my AC went out and had it fixed the same day. Technician Mario was very knowledgeable and helpful , he went above and beyond to fix the problem with the AC unit and help me understand what the problem was and how it was going to be repaired. Price for the repair was less than I expected and cheaper than other quotes I got from other companies.

Daniel found out what made my 10 year old furnace quit working...in December! Thank goodness I wasn't needing a new furnace. It was a fairly simple fix. He explained everything and was very polite! All in all, I was so pleased and this company was very, very reasonable in pricing! I would highly recommend them!

Tonya at US Air is great to work with. She consistently goes out of her way to help and has an amazing ability to understand how their products work.

Great place and they do go out of their way to help many times even after hours and holidays and weekends if u arrange it. Not sure about the comments that say they have been in the trade a while and this is the only supply house....you obviously haven't been in trade that long to realize there are several supply houses and several competitors and us air is one of the only ones that will deal with public and not need a company account so that says allot to me right there they help where the others dont. Great place!!!!

Appointment time means nothing. First come first served for shipping & receiving. They aren't in any hurry either. My Appointment was for 0800. Got there 0745 was unloaded until 1040.
I've been to much worse but that doesn't make it OK to take 3 hours to. unload.
It's a little tight but manageable , when you pull in the parking lot go into warehouse and find any one of the guys. They bring paperwork out when finished.

Always excellent service with attention to detail. Looks out for the best interests of the customer.
