We have been with Butler 10+ years. They are honest with the customer and professional. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Buyer beware. Do not get tempted by the cheap diagnositic fee. They wanted to charge $350 dollars to swap out a capacitor that went bad. That sounded crazy high, so i called Western and they said that service alone would have been covered by their $80 diagnostic fee, plus the $30 dollar part.

Decided to youtube it instead and buy the part from gem state electronics. Took me 5 minutes... They wanted $300+ for 5 minutes work...

Tech came out late got the issue with my heater fixed very quickly and even tested it multiple time to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Very fast sevice and extremely friendly.

I have used Butler Heating for many years. They know what they are doing and are extremely responsive whenever I have problems. I highly recommend their service plan. You wont regret it.

They flushed water heater as well. They have been coming for several years and I like them very much. They are polite, professional and are careful when in my home. They are always on time and get right to work.

Scott and his crew from Butler, I would highly recommend before A-1 or Perfect, Advanced, or Western to say just a few. They gave me a great price for Furnace/AC/ and water heater combined, along with movement of the AC line to the side of my home. Auge and Chileo were the best crew a company could have to instal these as well. A pleasure to have them in my home, and the knowledge of all involved was impressive and they would go way and beyond what the standard would be. Even down to Shawna the receptionist, was a good experience. Do yourself a favor and at least get them to give you a estimate on anything, before you settle with any other. I will NOT hesitate to call them in the future at all. Thank you much,
