Straightforward and easy choice! From initial consultation to installation 2 days later, was super great interaction. Installers David and Colton were top notch and friendly as well. You can tell that this company from top down as great culture.

I had my furnace go out and not send any heat to my down stairs area and I called Bill's for the first time and they came out same day and fixed the issue right away.
John was professional and helpful and took care of any clean up that was needed and used foot bags to be around the house to keep it clean to.
I appreciate the respect he showed being in my house and the job was done in no time.
I will call them again in the future.

We have used Bill's Heating & A/C twice now for our HVAC yearly inspection and recently just had a new furnace installed through them. The entire process was seamless and every person that I interacted with was extremely friendly, knowledge, honest, and professional. After our yearly furnace inspection last week, it was determined that we needed a new furnace since ours was 19 years old and the motor was starting to leak oil. During the inspection process, Taylor thoroughly explained everything he was doing and showed us what the issues were with our old furnace. We told him we were interested in replacing the furnace and he put us in touch with Pam, who explained the financing options with us. We applied for financing and we're approved immediately. Another woman reached out to get us scheduled for our new furnace and we were able to get it installed within a few days. Today, Oren & Gavin came out and installed the new furnace. They did a great job and made sure that everything was set up correctly and ensured any questions that we had were answered. An electrician from Bill's, named Logan, came out and inspected their work. The entire process was a great experience. I've always appreciated the transparency and honesty that Bill's provides. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

I knew it was time to get a new AC and furnace for my home. Not only did I dread this moment for months, but I was constantly reminded by various fix-it people about my need to replace my whole system. After meeting with multiple people about the cost of their system/ how fancy it all was, I got the lowest price, great service, and a HVAC I know is going to last me a long while from Bill’s. Each of the installers were professional, curtious, and efficient in removing my 15 year old system. Highly recommend this business and their services. I’ve got a new HVAC company for sure!

Fantastic group of guys! My heater went out and I called Bill's and they were out same day to check it out. I knew it was going to be bad because I had it repaired 3X in the last 4 years each time being told to replace it
Rob came out and confirmed my thoughts. He put the estimate in front of me for repair, replace the heater and also the AC.
After taking 1 look it was an easy decision. I wanted everything replaced to start new with both the furnace and AC.
The amount was considerably less than I had in mind and the quality and experience was amazing.
The install crew went above and beyond. David, Colton, Bon, James and Russ were the best!!!
I have a nest to control the temperature.
They looked at it and knew it needed 5 wires connected to keep it working properly and it only had 3 connected. They took it upon themselves to run a wire down to my crawl space and connect it correctly.
The units are all inside a closet in my house. The heater and AC was too close to the left side making it very difficult to work on. The on off switch was hidden and I wasn't able to get to it.
They built a 3 inch pedestal to place it on and moved it a couple feet away from the wall making it far easier to get to and now I have an on off switch.
I am so impressed with Bill's there is a sign in front of my house.
My neighbor and brother in law will also be using Bill's when the time comes.

Just bought this house and needed to upgrade the electrical panel, furnace and hot water heater. We decided on tankless hot water heater and get rid of the 25 year old hot water tank. Brett and the crew showed up on time and got right to work. I was extremely impressed with how well these guys worked together from start to finish. I’ve been in supervisor positions most of my adult life and directed crews of 5 to 75+ people and can’t remember ever seeing a crew work so well together doing whatever it took to help others to complete the job. Before leaving every detail about the new equipment was explained. This big job was done by the end of the day and the job site was meticulously cleaned. I’ve used other companies in the past and really couldn’t complain about the quality of equipment and work but Bill’s was much more affordable. (Furnace is under the house no pics)

They dedicated eight hours to replacing my old equipment with a new unit, demonstrating all the qualities one desires in contractors: punctual, respectful, personable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Patient with my questions, they explained the process thoroughly and never seemed inconvenienced. Their strong communication, positive demeanor, and evident enjoyment of their work made a potentially stressful project effortless.

I was having an issue with my gas fireplace fan not working and overheating. I called another place initially and was told that it would be 2 weeks before someone could come out to diagnose the problem and also the service charge, just to diagnose, was $275. I then called Bill’s Heating and Air and they said that someone could come out within the next half hour and the service charge was less than half of the previous place.
Jose arrived within a half hour as promised and did a thorough inspection of the fireplace, cleaned it out for me and explained how everything worked. He discovered that the fan was not working and in phone conversation with his supervisor to get a cost estimate for a replacement part, it was determined that the part was not faulty but rather was not properly installed when new (2 years ago). He quickly corrected this instead of just ordering and charging me for a part that was not necessary. Very impressed and appreciative of their integrity and professionalism! Thank you!

Your crew of Noah B, Chris C, Gavin M, Isham M, and Estonian M did a great job of installing our new system. It was two 3 ton units with 4 split units in three different areas of the building. They worked as a well oiled machine. Helping each other when needed to get the job done efficiently and in a very professional manner. Showed up on time and went right to work. Your electrician was very professional also. Very nice pipe work. David did a great job getting us an estimate the same day he came out I have already recommended this crew to a friend looking to put splits in his home. As a local plumbing contractor/business owner i can truthfully say what a relief it is to have this Hvac company in town. In 2026 it seems most contractors want to take as much as they can from a client. Bills Heating and Air did just the opposite.

From the initial no pressure sales experience to the crew showing up PREPARED. ALL equipment was plumb straight with exceptional craftsmanship.

We recently purchased a furnace and A/C unit from Bill's Heating and A/C. My Husband and I are thrilled with our new furnace and A/C units. Bill's exceeded our expectations. The installers Obi G., David W. and Colten S. went above and beyond to make sure everything was done on time & correctly installed. We also received the same quality of service from our Service Techs Stu and Mike. They came by just to make sure that we were 100% happy with everything. I highly recommend Bill's Heating and A/C. I had two crews working on a complete heating and cooling system in my shop and home. They spent the time to introduce themselves to me and my wife. They all acted like gentkemen and treated my wife and me with respect.
I was amazed how well they worked together and communicated with me through out the project and let me know how the job was progressing. They started on time and stayed late until they were sure the project was completed and instructed me on the operation of the complete heating and cooling system.they had installed. The furnace and heat pump works better than I ever expected. My home is cozy and warm. I highly recommend Bill's Heating and AC Donald R. McLean

David M and Colton S were great to work with. They were polite and professional, explained what they were doing along the way and answered all my questions. In the end they went over everything that took place and made sure to go over the functionality of the new thermostat. They left my garage cleaner than what it was before they got there.

I guess I was to quick to wite the first review.
After the installation we have had the service team out to the house 3 TIMES in less than a week. 2 different techs went thru and retired and fussed with the internal system. 1st tech Don, found a plug still in the unit that would not allow it to work properly on the heat side. STILL DID NOT WORK after he left. We woke up a day later to find the heat not working. So I called to schedule a weekend visit. When we returned home, before the tech showed up, our house was no longer a freezing pit so we canceled the weekend visit. Rescheduled for a Monday. Rafael showed up on Monday. Worked on the system for 2.5 hrs. Rewired the internal system again. He assured me that all was good. WRONG. Woke up the next morning to a balmy 65° home. I called and lost it. I demanded a senior tech. Come to find out...there was 1 more plug still in a port that would not allow the system to work.
NO FOR THE KICKER...the senior tech informed me that the GM wanted to offer US 4 tix to a Boise State game for the inconvenience. I missed 2 days of work and they wanted to offer us an opportunity to freeze outdoors as a consolation for their incompetent work.
Just be aware....watch them. Make them run EVERYTHING before they leave. Needless to say, we are disappointed. I guess just be aware when someone is a lower price than the competition. You get what you pay for.

So I called Bill's heating to inspect our Navien instahot water heaters in McCall.
The house was built a few years ago and having had some ongoing issues , I decided to bring in an outside company.
They sent in two techs Brock and Jose.
Clean, professional, articulate, knowledgeable and excited to solve the mystery, they spent hours diagnosing all phases, quietly and skillfully verifying the manuals directions with work that had been done. Methodically remedying it all.
Thrilled with them I now will be on a maintenance plan for a all systems HVAC thru Bills. Ecstatic is an understatement.

Need help, Call Bills.

We had a new HVAC system put in our house this past week and I wanted to share our experience. I wanted to wait a couple of days before I left my review so I could ensure that everything was working correctly. Anyways, we received several quotes and were shocked by the prices out there for a new HVAC. Fortunately, we did get a quote from Bill's and they were significantly lower for a much better system. Our heater now works much better than the one we had before. Higher BTU furnace and they upgraded our AC from a 4 ton to a 5 ton. We needed it. Our installers Chris C. and Gavin M. were excellent. They had us up and running within a work day. Now, we have a two zone system and it's a little tricky. Apparently one of the wires was crossed and the two zones weren't working correctly, so Bill's sent over a team of technicians to repair it that same day. This is true customer service and now our HVAC is working perfectly. Do not hesitate to go with Bill's. Awesome equipment and high quality people working for them.

I usualy don't write reviews on service. But Bill's Heating had a special going on so I went with it. A tech was sent out to look at my furnace for maintenence service, and I have to say Robert the tech. was very knowledgeable with the whole inspection. He did let me know about a couple of items to be aware of. Which was great because if he didn't and something happened I would be upset for not knowing. Thank you Robert for your great inspection. There is no question when I get ready to replace my furnace or have repairs I will have the do it. Great job!

Mike H was very professional and informative, he gave us the information about our equipment and what we may need to do. Once we determine we needed to replace our system they scheduled us very quickly. The installation team Jimmy B, Russ B, Drew B, and Derrick S, showed up on time and installed everything. They made sure everything was working. They made sure everything was sealed and cleaned up after they were done. Mike come back a couple of weeks later to make sure everything worked to our expectations. Our experience with Bill's was very good and would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

We had the BEST experience and would highly recommend the team over at Bill’s Heating & Air. I am skeptical of having work done after having bad experiences, we had four companies come out and David at Bill’s completely stood out. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, the pricing was competitive but better than most and I understood the quality of what we were getting. It felt like I was talking to family. We have had our full HVAC system installed for about a month and have had zero issues and so much peace of mind. From the sales to the service team - their communication, follow up and expertise really stand out. We will use them for everything in the future!
