Polar saved our bacon this weekend. Our AC went out on Friday and Dan showed up immediately to diagnose the problem and order the necessary parts. Hope, in the office, kept in constant contact with us and made sure Dan was able to fix our AC before we had to spend another hot sleepless night. Cannot say enough about these guys. Definitely 5 stars!

Polar Heating and Air of Meridian installed my furnace on January 1, 1917. It was freezing and they worked in the cold and got my new furnace up and running. I purchased an Equipment Maintenance Plan to make sure my new furnace and air conditioner stays working in tip top shape. Daniel comes every 6 months and does a furnace tune up in the fall and an air conditioner tune up in the spring. He is very courteous and explains what the procedure is. I would definitely recommend Polar Heating & Air Conditioning.

When our air conditioning went out during one of the very hottest parts of the year, we were so grateful for the fast, reliable and friendly service that Charlie and Polar provided. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

These folks installed our energy star furnace. It has been wonderful for many years. Unfortunately we have not kept up on seasonal maintenance over the past couple of years. Last night, after a long Sunday of work, I returned home to a cold house. My wife and daughters told me the heater was no longer working very well. I called the number on the sticker affixed to our furnace, and spoke with Dan. I figured we were going to have to have an after-hours costly and time-consuming repair. (Did I mention that we were celebrating my daughter‘s birthday last night?) Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Based on the error code he walked me through a simple repair over the phone- a repair that only required a socket wrench, pliers and Brillo pads. Afterwards, the heater has worked like a charm – better than it has for ages! I will definitely do a better job with seasonal maintenance but truly appreciate this high level of “above and beyond,” after-hours service. On a Sunday night!! Amazing. I've used Polar heating now for about 3 years. They first came on my radar through a home warranty service after we purchased the house. It became clear that the 30 yr old HVAC system we had was no where close to efficient. I reached out to them for a quote along with some other companies and Polar was by far the best in initial customer service. Between Hope at the front desk and Charlie as our primary contact, nothing has gone wrong. In the end, they installed an excellent Bryant system that cut our electricity cost by 50%. Charlie has been 100% open and honest with us for what we need and what to expect. I have never had such a great experience with an HVAC company in my 20+ years of home ownership as I have had with Polar. A definite pick in my book!

Polar Heating and Air came out to my home quickly and ended up fixing a part instead of replacing my entire furnace. Another company was telling me I had to replace the entire unit. Charlie was honest and showed me that Polar Heating and Air has integrity and act like professionals. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Amazing company!! My AC went out on the hottest weekend in Boise and they came to my rescue. Dan Barron was phenomenal! He got here(earlier than scheduled-which was a huge plus!) and within 5 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. He went to his truck and fixed it within a half hour. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs help!

Dan was great. He was able to find the issue very quickly when another A/C company didn't. He implemented the fix swiftly and I felt the temperature drop in the house immediately.

I'm renting so coordinating the payment from my property management took some time, but Dan was kind and patient. I will defiantly go with this company again if I need heating and cooling repairs in the future!

We've had a few issues with our furnace and Charlie has always been helpful and great to work with. We tried out a couple different companies once and quickly learned why we should stick with Polar!

TRULY a 5 Star company! Polar Heating and Air received a call from me on a Sunday at 9 pm and I was told that they would try to fit me in the next day if possible. They did and fixed my unit and saved my week! Charlie and Wyatt were professionals and fixed my HVAC quickly-So grateful for them! There smiles and assurances that it would be fixed made my day!

Polar has come out 2 times. 1 to install our heater and 2 to fix a broken sensor. Both times the technicians have been super helpful. They take the time to educate you on your heater and give you tips to keep it going. They are very polite and friendly. I highly recommend them as service providers.

Can definitely recommend Polar. Ask for Charlie. We've used Polar for 3 1/2 years for checkups and replacements and are quite satisfied with their price, value and service. They offer higher quality furnaces and air conditioners and guarantee their work, of course. Hidden Springs is in their service area.

Polar Heating replaced our 20 year old heating and AC system about a year and a half ago. We were very happy with the price and installation. Since then we've had the annual Fall heating and Spring AC checkup/tune ups. Today, Charlie, did our Spring AC checkup. He was right on time as scheduled, checked the compressor unit and then did an output check on one of our floor vents. Polar has great people to work with, they are price efficient and deliver as promised! Oh yes - our electrical and gas bills have gone down too!

I have used Polar between two different houses of mine when the AC and Furnaces have gone out due to age and/or poor installation from previous builders. Dan has always been honest and straight to the point. Once a repair was finished I had ZERO issues. In my newest house, the AC finally gave out due to age. His installers Antem & Wyatt did an amazing job on the install and left NO garbage or mess behind. Truly was a great experience yet again! Polar will be my choice for all of my properties.

Our original furnace and central air conditioner were nearly 20 years old so we decided to replace the entire system before it failed at a bad time down the Road. These folks are very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The equipment they sell is name brand and has good ratings. They arrived on time as scheduled, the install was quick and looks great. There where no surprises when it came time to write them a check and they did everything they said they would. I'm very impressed and very happy I chose this company!
