The technicians from Bills heating and A/C came.out today to replace our old HVAC unit. Honestly, these gentlemen were amazing. Jimmy, Russ and David were very professional and explained everything I could expect during the install. My dogs can be a bit much with people coming in and out of the house but they were so patient with the never ending sniff session. The technicians were respectful of my property and I never felt uncomfortable in the slightest. At the end of their job, they gave me a bit of a tutorial on how to use the new thermostat and a tour of the new system. A new high efficiency HVAC system is always going to be an expensive investment for your home. We feel we paid a great price and got an exceptional service experience. I'm glad my husband and I made the decision to go with Bills and look forward to working with them in the future.

Alex was/is a great guy. Came to my home for what to me was an emergency. My furnace quit working on December 1and it was/is darn cold with no heat. Alex serviced and turned on my fireplace while I have to wait for a part to be delivered for my furnace. I now can enjoy the heat and beautiful flames of my living room fireplace. It was/is so nice and reassuring to have such great service from a truly experienced, trusted and truly local skilled technician. The cost of this excellent service was very reasonable. I am sure that Alex and his family will have a great Christmas holiday. I would cheerfully call Alex again should the need arise.

Obi, Bon, David and Colton were exceptionally when installing our houses 2 new systems. An 11 hour install (fixing ducting problems with the original installation) was handled with smiles and a concerted effort to do it right! I can't recommend Bill's Heating and Air highly enough. A great team of positive people giving it their all to make you feel like this is how they would do it if they were working on their own houses!

Derek and Drew came out and installed our new heat pump today. They did a great job! They were timely and informative about the new system. I’d highly recommend them and Bill’s Heating and Air. And the new system is so quiet!

Bills twice now. Im very happy with both technicians i've met. From north idaho are new to the treasure valley. They did not try sell anything unnecessary and are very honest. I heard a sound with the furnace and they were hear by the end of the day
They took everything apart checked for c 02 and even said it's an old furnace, it has the thumbs up to go till it's done forever. They gave me a CO2 detector free of charge. The best in town Bill's heating and cooling. They do the job right no questions. Im happy I found them.

Kevin Newton was amazing very friendly and was very knowledgeable about our old furnace from 2001. We knew going into this call there may be a chance we needed a new furnace air conditioner and water heater. He took our whole furnace apart to even get into the furnace to take phots of how bad it was. Now that’s AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He treated us like family and in my eyes your company is top notch. Thank you Kevin and Bill’s Heating and Air for coming on a weekend and be honest and truthful about out system. One last thing I would like to add is know we don’t have heat right now he offered to get us space heaters if we needed them. That was very thoughtful. We did have some until heaters until our new furnace air conditioner and water also heater is installed.

They were all highly motivated to do a clean thorough job installing two heat pumps in a difficult environment. Chris, Gavin and Esteban took an emergency situation and made it pleasant. They were quick, quiet, clean and polite I highly recommend this company and crew.

Rob was awesome to deal with. He explained everything to me and showed me the areas that had problems and made sure I understood what he was saying.
There was no pressure up sale on anything and he gave me all the quotes from the very basic fix on up because I asked for them. He only wanted to make sure I was comfortable in my decision. Very impressed with everything. Highly recommend Bill's Heating!! Chose a new furnace going in tomorrow. Can't wait!

Jared the service technician was pretty great answered all of my questions and the install team was amazing! I’ve always had a great experience working with bills. Kyle the installer was also great, everyone was fast and efficient I thoroughly enjoyed my install experience and my service requests are fulfilled what an excellent job. Thank you bills heating.

We had an issue with our furnace and called Bill’s Heating and A/C, and I’m so glad we did! They were incredibly responsive and had a technician at our home within just a couple of hours.
Kevin was our technician, and he did an outstanding job. Even though the issue ended up correcting itself while he was inspecting the furnace, he didn’t just pack up and leave. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection of the entire unit, carefully checking everything and taking multiple pictures to document what he found.
His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was truly in good working order gave us real peace of mind. Excellent service all around — we highly recommend Bill’s Heating and A/C!

Had a 25 year old(OG) heater, water tank, and ac unit that needed replacing. Barak and Obadiah came and tackled the job with great detail and professionalism. Barak was very thorough in answering my questions and walking me through the operation of the New system. These guys went above and beyond to ensure ductwork was secured and that the system was working optimally. Lots of crawling in our crawl space over two days. I really appreciate how clean of work these guys did, no messes and left the areas they worked in better than when they found them. I would definitely use these guys again! Top tier work from a group of Fantastic guys. Shout out to Stew also for being a fantastic rep for this project. Thoroughness was the focus of every person involved. Very satisfied!

Andrew and Derek were awesome! They are easy to talk to this being our first time with this project. They explained everything well had patience with us answering all of our questions and even were considerate to our pet family members the whole job. Totally recommend these guys and wanted to give a huge shout out to Rob for earning my business in the first place. He was honest, NOT PUSHY & very real about the situation with this again being our first experience with furnace going out. Appreciate all these guys do and what they stand for in the company

My furnace went out and my Home Warranty company sent me to this company It was 27 degrees outside and I had no heat. When Polar called me the lady was so happy to let me know they’re had a cancellation and they could get me in November 30th. I explained stinger that I had no heat and it was freezing outside and I could not wait 18 days for service. She didn’t seem to care at all. She told me to call the home warranty company back and tell them it was an emergency but she would not try to get me in any sooner and to me to have a nice day and hung up. Very unprofessional!!

The office personal was kind and helpful. Even the service man was kind. On a rental property in Boise my a.c. stopped working. Polar came on time and was kind to my tenant. When he left he took a part with him so the unit could not run anymore during the heat of mid July. The warranty company approved a new condenser but with the new condenser it needed an updated coil inside which the warranty company would not replace because the current one worked still. I am an HVAC contractor out of town and the price they quoted $1800 is more than the cost of a new furnace and coil installed. I think that Polar takes advantage of the situation because of the relationship they have with the warranty company. They took advantage of the renter by takit the part and making sure it could not be turned on then wanted to price gouge me because I had to use them with my warranty. This is a dishonest business practice and from the reviews it looks like I am not the first they have done this to.

Dan helped allot my insurance company was dragging there feet get new AC unit Dan called multiple time put the heat on them. Thanks Dan. Install guys were great. New AC works great even in 100+ temperatures last few days. Highly recommend these guys.

We have been so happy with Polar. They have serviced our AC and Heating for a couple years now. This summer our old AC unit finally died. They were very quick to get it replaced. They explained everything very well and we are pleased with the outcome.

We called Charlie on Friday and he was here by 5 PM to check out what needed done and give us a quote on a new A/C. Polar was more affordable than the other place that had given my husband a quote so we went with them. They were back on Monday morning. On time and very professional. Charlie knew what he was talking about and gave us some pointers on how to keep our unit functioning.

Polar Air has serviced my furnace & air conditioner for several years, so when I needed a new furnace, I knew I wanted them to do the work. They are always polite, knowledgeable, and I couldn't ask for better service. My new furnace is working wonderfully. Thank you Dan, Charlie, & Claude.

Dan was great came out and checked the old heater. No pressure, easy to work with. I would highly recommend the guys at Polar. They installer was great. Professional all around, my wife felt safe with them in the house.

Charlie has always been great to work with at Polar Heating and cooling!! He came out to service AC and found one of ducts had come unfastened in crawl space. He took time to crawl under and hook up at no extra charge. Charlie has done numerous jobs for us and is always Very nice and professional.
