This morning on Highway 55, I was followed by one of your Butler Mercedes work vans. The driver was exceeding the speed limit and tailgating my vehicle closely after I turned onto the highway. This behavior was not only unsafe but also unsettling.

If you’re going to operate a company vehicle with business information clearly displayed, I would expect more responsible and courteous driving.

These are the guys to call. They genuinely care. When they heard my AC was out with a newborn at home, they showed up quick, got parts after hours, and came back to install same day to make sure we were good. There are other companies around that don’t even show up when you make an appointment…Butler will show up. These are the best people in the valley.

We will always call Butler for HVAC needs. Scott showed up early and was friendly and efficient in diagnosing our issue. Pricing was fair and he answered any and all questions that I had. Diego and the install team also arrived early and they were done installing a whole unit by lunch time. My house is cool again and I couldn't be more grateful for the service we received from Butler.

Get a few quotes! After having discussed a time and materials price over the phone, their guys came out 5/29 to run a dryer vent. They left that day saying they couldn't complete the job. 3 days later I got a price from the owner for $2000 to run the vent and he explained to me how complicated it was going to be.
I said they could return and complete the job. The guys showed up and mentioned they would be out of there in 2-3 hours. I called the owner to ask for a price breakdown of the $2000. My impression is it would take all day for that high cost. The owner immediately got very aggressive saying they don't do price breakdowns and if he did I wouldn't like his hourly rate. I told him I was more than happy to pay $150/hour since his guys were already there. Id even pay their drive time. He continued to be very upset, yelling at me over the phone. He hung up saying it was pulling his guys off the job.
I don't write reviews, I deal with a lot of contractors in my work. I had to leave this one because I don't believe anyone who runs a business should talk to customers like that over a simple concern.

Butler kept our old system going for at least 10 years longer than most all our neighbors. When we needed to change they were there early and finished before they left. Good people. Good skills. Good products.

Technician was super helpful in explaining everything and giving options. Never felt pressured for anything, offered good financing options. Super fast response on a Saturday as well

Kevin N. was here to get everything ordered and even made a special run to bring an additional item my husband asked for to hook all up to wifi. So pleased with how smooth the installation went and how quiet the units are.

The quote was very competitive. The equipment is top notch quality, and the installation was very quick, and all of the technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful.
