John from Trusted Heating and Air came out to check on my air conditioner that wasn't keeping the house cool. He was very professional while enjoyable to work with. I honestly felt like I had a friend working on my air conditioner. It seemed like he genuinely cared about us and what he was doing.

I have been working in the construction industry, as well as property management for the past three years and a good company can be hard to find. TRUSTED HEATING and AIR has been a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively)! They have serviced my rentals on a moments notice, shown up quickly when the a/c quit working in an airbnb, and have installed a new furnace/ac unit- while adding duct work to a remodel. I wouldn't choose any other company!

Our AC went out the day before our 1 year old daughters birthday, a 105 degree day. No one could get to us for at least 3-4 days. Then we contacted John. He was able to come the next day and had our AC back up and running in no time. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and helps you to better understand your system. Highly recommended!

Was getting quotes to have my AC moved to another side of my house (45 feet away) as I am trying to open up the space for RV parking.
After my first quote that i thought was not very fair at all, i was referred by a friend to John at Trusted heating and air.
John was my second quote, and i was kinda shocked on how much of a better quote it was ~$3600 less than my previous quote. Decided to give them a go.
Anyways, the guys spent all day at my house relocating the AC and had to run a new ~50ft line set in my crawl space to the new location . After a few leaks that occurred were resolved, the job was completed and looked professional.
I spent alot of the day checking on the work and asking tons of questions about what was going on, and it was explained clearly, as I am also a technical person who likes to ask technical questions.
I also appreciate how John and Derrick stopped by to check on the progress and help out the guys when they got stuck with an issue. I can tell they care about their reputation and relationship with their customers.
Anyways, im happy to have saved a ton of money to do the same exact job the last guys quoted for an unreasonable amount.

I generally do not review businesses. I have to say that I was very pleased to work with Trusted Heating and Air. I had them replace my 1992 AC and furnace. They gave me a quote, which they honored. They let me schedule in advance (when I would have a little bit of vacancy) and they did not pressure me to have the work done earlier. They showed up on time. Even though they did run into some difficulties, they did everything they could to finish the job according to the time table I was constrained by. I don't think they could have done a better job :)

We just moved into a new home, only 5 years old, and found that the AC was not working. Temps were going to get up to 100 over the weekend and Derrick and John went to work to troubleshoot and fix our system. It took a bit to narrow things down to the source of the problem, however they only charged the original quote. Very friendly and conscientious service and cleaned up their work area. Would definitely use again.

We've been using Trusted for about a year. Last year, they came to the church when our AC suddenly died. They were here in about 30 minutes. The cleaned our unit and got us up and running in no time. This winter, one of our furnaces went out. They came out in the snow, climbed on the roof and then spent time educating us on our options. Derrick and John are industry veterans who know what they are doing. And they are really good guys. They care - they make sure you know your options and make recommendations as if you were family. We highly recommend them.

Our first experience with Trusted we requested a bid for a split air unit for our rental property. Their price was great, very efficient, provided exactly what they said they would in the time they promised. We were so pleased with their service, that last year (spring 2022) when our A/C for our home quit working Trusted was our only call. Again, very knowledgeable, provided us the right service for the right price. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

2 Year Update: Still love our system from Trusted Heating And Air. I really appreciate the level of communication we get from Derek and John. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

2023 Review: Loved working with these guys and our new systems are so quiet and efficient!! Trusted was actually our second call after we sat with a bigger company in the valley and our were encouraged to get a second opinion. From setting up the inspection call, all the way through installation, John and Derek were both very friendly, great at communicating and timely (the other guys were 40 minutes to an hour late for each appointment).

John came out to do an inspection on the system and it didn't take him more than 30 minutes to recognize that our 25 year old system had too many failure points for it to be practical to repair (the other company did a full 2 hour inspection before telling us the same). While he left the repair/replace decision in our court, he brought us over to the furnace and condenser to show and explain in layman's terms what the current issues were and what potential issues were around the corner. We opted to have him sit down with both of us and discuss replacement options.

When we sat down, John was attentive to what our priorities were and broke down the cost/benefit of each system thoroughly so we could make an informed decision ourselves. This was not our experience with the big company who directed us us into the bottom tier of three options without even asking us what we wanted. While Trusted's quote was actually a bit higher than what the other guys offered for a similar system, we opted to go with them, because we could tell we were going to be treated honestly and professionally every time we worked with them.

We love our new system and look forward to working with John and Derek for all of our HVAC repairs and maintenance down the road. Would recommend to anyone!

Trusting Heating and Cooling just serviced our HVAC system, and I can’t recommend them enough. They were professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. I also thought one of my ductless systems was giving me an error code, but they quickly checked it out and explained it was simply a cleaning cycle setting on the remote. I really appreciate their honesty, and we’ll definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward.
