Very positive experience working with the team at A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning. They replaced my 25 year old Lennox Gas Furnace and Electric AC with a new Lennox Gas Furnace and Electric Heat Pump. They were very prompt to my request for both the system quote and then installation. Install occured in less than one day and the system has been running flawlessly since install. I highly recommend the team at A-1.

Called last year because my heating system kept turning on running for a moment then shutting off. The technician came same day, within a few hours of calling. He then told me it was most likely a flame sensor. Not only did he clean the flame sensor, but he showed me where it was located and how to do so myself. He went out of his way to "save me the $100 calling him next time" when it's something simple. A year later and I had the same issue. With the knowledge the technician provided me was able to get my unit up and running without having to call this time. Thank you!

I first want to say - I did NOT end up purchasing through A-1 for one reason alone. Their price was through the roof expensive. They quoted me $9,083 (after "discount") for an 18k BTU mini split (heat and AC for my garage). I was referred to them through Costco who has a deal with Lennox distributors. I was expecting to pay at most $5,000 or $5,500 for this system. After I received the quote in person at my house, my jaw nearly hit the floor and I told the sales guy I was going to have to get a second quote from a competitor to see where they stacked up. That was his opportunity to lower his price and he did not take it. The next day, I received a bid for $5,300 for the same system. I let the A-1 sales guy know via email about the second quote - no response. Costco needs to do a better job of selecting their vendors. Not only is this company priced way above market, they don't seem to care enough to make a counteroffer and compete for the business. Buyer beware - if you get a quote from these guys, do your homework and make sure it's at least somewhat reasonable!

The service was no charge as it is a new Lennox HVAC unit however, the same $84.00 filter on Amazon is sold by A1 for $117.00. I was multi-tasking and I said 'yes' to replace it. $33.00 higher than 1-day Prime delivery, my bad. A mistake I won't make again. Not impressed with that markup. Hathaway, the technician was very nice and thorough. It is terrific to see women working in the industry.

I had a major problem going on at my house that involved the coordination of several contractors. I unexpectedly needed an HVAC company for part of the project. A-1 was able to respond immediately and did an outstanding job and charged a very fair price for the work that was done. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent Service appointment, The Tech (Victor) completed the total service requirements step by step. Very professional and displayed a high degree of knowledge on the heating unit. So thorough and meticulous compared to past other companies. I would highly recommend him and will ask for him in the future.

Was having an issue with my HVAC. A1 heating, air & electric were able to fit me their schedule promptly.
Was informed on who would be showing up. When Dennis arrived he was very professional and courteous. He was able to find the issue right away. Very efficient in his work skills and without a doubt you could tell he knew what he was doing.
It’s great to see such a professional tech arrive to make my wife and I feel like we made the right choice. I would not go any where else.

I had A1 service the HVAC system of the house I was selling. Alot of the time HVAC people will just do a quick inspection and clean some stuff and call it a day. Gerry came out and inspected/tested the system and even replaced a handful of common serviceable parts before they failed. Way more thorough than I expected and I'm glad to find people that take pride in professionalism and customer service. Thank you!

First time using A1 Heating since our prior company ceased operation. The technician, Brandon, was personable, capable, and efficient. He serviced our two systems, and communicated precisely what he had done and why. I was quite pleased with Brandon and the expectation of proper service from A1.

I just bought my first home about 5 months ago. It passed inspections and my HVAC was working perfectly, until it wasn't. Another company told my I had to get a whole new HVAC System and it would be almost $25,000-$30,000. I was so upset. I just purchased this house and wasn't prepared for such a big fix yet.
I called A-1 and next day they were here.
TYLER TO THE RESCUE! He took his time checking it all out and communicated as he went so I knew what was happening. He tells me everything works but I need a new thermostat. He got a new one installed and made the experience stress free. I was only planning on paying the $99 for the visit but after watching and listening to what Tyler explained, I went ahead and joined the A-1 MVP. It just made sense.
I appreciate Tyler for communicating with me through the process and making this as stress free as possible.

A-1 Heating is a great customer experience all around. The office team is polite and helpful, Rob, with sales, communicated well and gave options within our budget. The service team was professional and helpful. The install went well and communication was great as they hit a a few small issues. The service team even swept the entire garage!

Have used A1 for service and replacement of both furnace and AC since 2010. Always professional, on time, and do very good work. We always know that if we need them they will respond! Special shout out to Sarah who did our yearly furnace service today. Professional, great technically, and an excellent communicator. We have a couple things to watch and she was terrific in explaining options.

The A-1 team had to scratch their heads on my furnace repair. Although it took a few trips, they stayed with it and finally solved the problem. Very happy with their diligence and so pleased they could get me on the schedule at the last minute. Thanks again for a great job!

We had a great experience with A-1 Heating during the annual furnace maintenance at my grandmother’s home. Their technician, Casey, was very kind and professional, made helpful recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciated the care and attention he showed—highly recommend A-1 Heating.

Called A-1 to do some testing on my recently installed furnace - that another company installed. Performed important function and safety tests (static pressure, combustion analysis) that the other company simply couldn’t do. Literally. Told me “we don’t do those tests”. A-1 came quickly, and Tyler did a great job ensuring the unit was working properly and safely. A-1 will get my ongoing maintenance business. A top notch, professional team.

A1 has taken care of our HVAC system for years. So when we needed some electrical work done, we gave them a try. They did an excellent job! Dina was friendly and easy to work with for scheduling. Carlin came out and did a fabulous job! He offered suggestions when needed and recommendations which made our project even better. He helped me order the correct items when the original ones were the wrong size, and came back to install them when they came in. In every way A1 was excellent to work with! We thought we got excellent service for the value and will certainly use them again.

I had a water heater emergency and when I called they answered right away even though it was EARLY. And someone was at my house within an hour. Jesse fixed it within an hour with no issues. So thankful A1 could come out so quickly! I’ve used them for a while now for my AC and furnace. I appreciate them!

We have their MVP membership and are always met with good customer service and timely services. This past weekend our water heater stopped working and they were able to come out on a Saturday, look it over, and arrange for someone to come on Monday for installation and get a quote by Saturday night as well. Installation was quick.

The tech Tim was knowledgable, courteous and respectful. Tim was able to resolve my issue while being transparent about what he was doing. I am very pleased with the service I received from A-1 and will absolutely be using them as my go-to HVAC professionals.

This is a very good company! I had them install three bathroom fans and vent two of them to the outside.Their communication is excellent. They did exactly what they said, and even went above and beyond. Very professional and great customer service! I’m very happy with the price and the job!
