Technician Colton came out and installed my water heater, he was extremely professional and fast and explained alot of things to me I didnt understand

Mike Sellers was exceptionally great tech for my mom when she just out of surgery. He checked everything thoroughly put new filter in. And even looked at her water heater. To say how to fix it. She has had no hot water for a couple weeks.
He was so congenial and kind. We so appreciate his thoroughness. Great customer service I would recommend him.

Just 8 hrs. is how long it took Noah and Carlton to remove our old furnace, water heater and air conditioner and install a new Daiken system and Bradford White 50 gallon water heater. I think it looks like a work of art!

Owner can say I canceled my apt but that’s simply not true. I called into call center to see what happened they were going to reach out to tech to find out what happened. I told them my apt time had passed, I had plans for the day which I made it clear when they booked me I couldn’t do after 10am. The call center told me they were canceling my appointment. I requested that they don’t because I did not cancel, they no called no showed. So whatever that rep did was on the company. In addition when I spoke to manager yesterday, she informed me the tech forgot about my appointment and had planned to start his day at 10 because he worked 67 hours that week.
Which agree is a lot of hours, perhaps hire more staff to cover your customers and take the burden off your staff.

Regardless, understand things happens but better communication from company can go a long way.

6/2025 - updated review. Since we had our AC serviced last year, we purchased a membership to have them inspect our heater and AC. Inspection of our heater was great, however, getting our AC inspected has been challenging. They have called to schedule, appointments booked and day of they called to say “due to unforeseen circumstances we have to reschedule you”. This has happened twice now. Most recently being this past Friday. They don’t give you a window of apt time so you’re expected to be home all day for them to cancel. Friday they called me at 2pm to cancel with the exact same reason. When I questioned it they said they can get me scheduled for first appointment on Sunday (today). I asked for clarification on what does that mean? They said a tech will be here between 8-830am. Well my appointment time has come and gone, no call no show from this company. I’m not sure what changed between last summer and this year, but I wouldn’t recommend this company anymore. They have lost my business and trust! Give your business to someone else!

7/2024- We had our furnace inspected today by Andy. The service and expertise that Andy provides is beyond amazing. He is very knowledgeable and throughly explains the system, and every thing he did. It’s super impressive to see the pictures and listen to him explain what you’re looking at and how it works or impacts the system. Definitely feel so blessed to have found Idaho Heating and Air and to have Andy. A company you can trust!

From the initial diagnostic visit, Andy was the first person who was extremely knowledgeable. We had several companies come check out our geothermal system and nobody knew what was going on. We are very happy with his service, knowledge and the peace of mind that comes knowing our system is now back on track and working properly. Thank you!

Mike and Chewy are the BEST!!! We have a system that no one in the valley has been able to help us with EXCEPT Chewy & Mike. We appreciate their patience and diligence in solving a problem on a complicated system!

Finally found a company that diagnosed the trouble with my geothermal system. Other companies kept replacing parts that we not the problem. Mike rewired my system correctly at a very reasonable price. Even came back to fine tune everything at no extra cost. They definitely care about getting things right.

Cohlton did a water heater clean & flush for us. He was very polite, friendly & professional. He did a very thorough job & explained everything he did. He had some recommendations & I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase. It's nice to know what available options there are when & if I have extra funds.😊

We scheduled a duct cleaning and were told on the phone by the sales girl that the mold treatment/prevention was including in the cost she gave us. Then they showed up and said it wasn’t. I hate when sales workers lie to get work on the books and then don’t follow through with what they promised. She hadn’t put it in the work order or notes for our house and we were forced to pay more if we wanted it done.

We've had them out twice now, once last summer to get our AC up and running in the midst of a heatwave when my wife was in her third trimester. They did a great job getting it up and running for a reasonable cost. Had them back out again today just for checkup on the furnace. Sam did a great job, was personable and friendly.

Don't recall the gentleman's name from the first trip, but he was fantastic as well.

I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.

Gavin and Noah were fantastic installers. Did a theee day job in two days and got the AC running again. Made a good effort to keep my new carpet clean kind, courteous, and worked extra hours to finish up. Thank you!

I love Idaho Heating and Air!
Two years ago they fixed my AC same day in 100 degree weather. Then it was time for me to replace everything, AC, furnace and hot water heater, later that fall. Everything was replaced in one day and the new equipment is much more efficient. I felt the price was good.
I signed up for the twice-yearly check-up and it is worth it to know that the systems can be fine tuned year to year as needed. Chris C. just checked my AC today and it's ready for another hot summer.
