5 years after posting my original review my family and I are still using Easy Heating and Air's services, and 5 years later they're still just as great of a company as they were back in 2018. Kind, professional, and most importantly damn good at what they do. Couldn't be happier with the service we have received over the years and would recommend this business to anyone.

I purchasesd my home a year ago. The house is 17 years old, and was in need of a A/C heating system replacement and the water heater was going out as well. The house is 2 story and I wanted a system that would keep the whole house cooled and heated without breaking the bank. I interviewed 3 companies, and Easy had the best solution with a fair price. It was a 3 day process and the technicians did a fantastic installation job. They took great pride in their work. I also elected to install a tankless water heater. I never had one, and I am not sorry I chose to get one. Easy also ensured I took advantage of any rebates available to me. The system kept the house warm during our first winter, and the A/C did not disappoint when summer came. I had a minor technical issue with the upstairs thermostat, but Mike, our tech came out and resolved the issue. I just had Mike out today for the heater maintenance, and as always friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. It has been a good first year. Easy has definately earned my buisness, and will continue to do so. Give them a call you won't be sorry.

Update! Had them out for a plumbing problem, quick response. Shawn was great, knowledgable and fixed the issues quick! He explained everything and eased my stress about our ceiling leak. Highly recommend! Great customer service and very knowledgable techs!! Customer forever!

Really appreciated the service for a new HVAC system installation! Quote was very reasonable, and final price exactly matched the quote. Patiently answered all our questions and walked us through all the options and what they planned to do. The finished job works well, looks clean and professional.

These guys helped us out in a big way (Morgan and Jeremy). Our water heater kicked the bucket on a holiday and they were there the next day (on a Sunday) to help us get it replaced quickly. They were transparent and timely about pricing. Morgan even encouraged me to shop around since we needed a new one quickly, but advised me "don't let 'em rake you over the coals." Because of that I decided just to wait the 12 hours and have them put it in. The work was good and fast. Will use them again.

Easy Heating & Air just finished at our house. They were available to schedule us within the week of the first phone call. Very professional, knowledgeable, and a great value. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Highly recommend this company.

Wonderful! We had our A/C go out about a year ago and had Easy Air out to replace our condenser unit. They were the best rate we could find after 3 quotes, and they beat the competition by a LOT. And without the upsell, they stuck to my needs and budget. They dispatched enough technicians to complete the work in a timely fashion, because my kids were scorching in the house and they knew the faster they worked, the faster my kids would be cooled off.

Well, tonight we had to put the 10-year warranty and 24/7 service to the test. I called at 8PM Friday night with symptoms of a blown capacitor, I had no cold air and once again, in this 100+ weather, my kids and pregnant wife were miserable. Easy Air answered on the first call, dispatched a technician, and were pulling up to my house by 9PM.

Mike Thompson replaced the capacitor and a blown fuse (as well as the good fuse) free of charge, as it was covered under warranty. And he did it in about 10 minutes.

My kids are able to sleep in pajamas tonight thanks to Mike Thompson at Easy Air. Thanks, dude. We will continue to use Easy Air for all of our HVAC needs.

They did an excellent job assisting with a conversion of my propane grill to natural gas. They were responsive and got me scheduled the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent! I highly recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Easy Heating & Air. Every interaction has been seamless, they are exceedingly professional and overall deliver superior service. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and prompt! Since having our new HVAC systems installed they have completed the maintenance as well and are continuing the paramount service each time they knock on our door. Mike Thompson was very professional and explained all the problems in detail of my old furnace and why I should replace it.
i had them come out and replace the water heater with a tankless unit. they did a great job all around. so I had them look at the furnace which was hitting 18yrs of service. they took it down to the frame and showed me everything that was wrong and what could happen next winter. I decided to get a new unit and they gave me a great price. they came out the next day and did a fantastic installation. everything was neat and clean. looked better than the original unit. Tony and Steve did a great job.

The guys that came out to our house were by far the greatest group you could ask for. Super funny, knowledgeable and very hard working. We ran into a few head scratching moments but these guys pulled it all off. The new Tankless water heater was installed so nicely it's like a show piece rather than just another appliance in the closet. Thank you so very much Morgan, Mike, Will and Zach for the great service!! We will be calling you guys for all of our mechanical and plumbing needs.

Easy Heating and Air came out after hours to repair our water heater. Unfortunately we needed a replacement and they fit us in quickly. The installers were kind and curious. They were patient with barking dogs and got us up and running quickly with a new tankless water heater. I would highly recommend.

I called Easy Air and talked to Serena because our AC was not working. I totally expected to be put out for a week out two…even asking if I could possibly get fixed this year. She was pleasant and helpful…found a spot the next day. Thank goodness because on Monday it’s forecasted to be 100F+! Mike came on time, very polite. He quickly identified the problem, had the part in his truck and left an hour later with our AC fully functioning. I’ll tell you I got their name from a previous client of theirs who was so pleased with their service. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

I was and still am very pleased with Easy Heating and Air. I had 6 different companies come out to look at the project and get quotes for comparison of not only cost but scope of the project I needed done. Easy Heating and Air was very affordable and very thorough in making sure we got what was needed and wanted. The employees themselves were extremely professional, timely and great to deal with. The work was completed exactly how it was discussed and I am very pleased with the quality. My experience was great and I'd highly recommend them.

Our AC started having issues and it was getting hot in our house (up to 84 one day BLEH!!). We called our worthless home warranty company which sent out a "tech." He must have been trying to milk the company or something. He said our compressor was bad and then our warranty company denied the repair. So we could have been out 1300+ dollars. We found Easy Heating & Air on Home Advisor. We were called quickly and was told they could be there within the hour. Mike Thompson was our tech. He checked our system. We were told it wasn't the compressor after all but a part (dual capacitor). Everything was installed and he waited for about 10 minutes to make sure everything was good. With a one year maintenance warranty the cost was only $508. So much better than the original quote.

We needed to replace our tankless water heater and had several companies come give us bids. Most of the companies wanted to over sell us huge tankless systems that would also require upgrading the size of our gas lines. Morgan came out and reviewed our situation and recommended a smaller but more than sufficient unit for our small house. He was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. The company arrived when they said they would and smoothly installed the tankless water heater and completed inspection in one day. We did have a slight issue 6 months later but called and they came out the same day to fix with zero charge. We have had various experiences with contractors while upgrading our old home and this is a company we would recommend.

I was blown out of the water at the estimate compared to other companies, the techs were very respectful and explained the differences between the different systems and how to get the most out of my money. I was able to get exactly what I needed for around 1/3 of the price of other estimates I received and without being talked down to, an issue I had with several other HVAC companies.

The air conditioner itself works great and I was scheduled quickly for the install. The guys got it done before 1pm on the scheduled day too!

Easy Heating and Air was impressive. Not only did they come out to give us a quote within 24 hours, they performed the entire installation, demolition, and repair work just 2 days after giving us the quote. The sales staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service technicians were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended
