We had a scary experience with our furnace motor burning out and filling the house with smoke! The next morning, I called several companies to come check out the situation. Johnny and Josh did an EXCELLENT job. On time, friendly and very skilled and knowledgeable. I have called them several times over the years and this is exactly what I have come to expect from 7th Element.

My heat went out during the night, so I reached out the next morning, which was a Saturday. They had a tech, Joshua, at my house within a hour and a half. He was very polite and Figured out the problem In no time at all. The service fee and final bill were more than reasonable. I could not be more pleased!

Excellent service. The tech, Aaron, was extremely knowledgable, accessible and a very thorough in his workmanship. Joshua (the owner/GM of 7th Element*) hires well and trains even better. IMHO 7th Element provides a better quality, more complete service than the other guys - for less money. Sign me up for their annual 2x/year inspection program! *P.S. Love the name. Nitrogen is the seventh element in the periodic table. As an inert gas, nitrogen is uses frequently in HVAC work. First to clean, clear and purge components parts and lines. Then to test completely adssembled systems, under pressure, for leaks or other problems prior to sign-off/hand-off to the customers. These guys are a class act with a cool, in-the-know name!

Customer service was awesome. Got an appointment quickly. Daniel was our technician. He was personable, respectful and quickly fixed the issue. Reasonable fee. I have called them in the past as well and had the same experience.

Josh was very kind and friendly. I had called on a Sunday and he called me back right away! He was out the next day looking at my stove. They did a bid on Monday, and after sorting through 4 bids, it was my choice to work with John K., their very savvy and competent technician who replaced the water heater in a crawl space “project from Hell”. He and his helper had tight quarters that required digging out the space to get the existing one and it’s dead soldier mate out from under my house. I received a quality name brand replacement and they offer a 10 year warranty on parts and replacement. Service was timely and their office staff were friendly and helpful, too. If you need a water heating system, I highly recommend this company.

Mike the technician is Fantastic, Knowledgeable, Professional, and gets the job done with expertise and efficiency. We wouldn't call any other company. The phone staff also keeps us informed and updated on the tech's arrival. They have done it all for us on several different homes. Always ON TIME and ready to WORK.

Had my A/C die in the middle of a July heat wave. After a same day estimate with a transparent, fair price, they came out the next day and were also able to swap out my aging furnace as well. Done in less than a full work day. I've worked with half of the vendors in town and Easy has been by far the best to work with in every regard. Bravo!
