Our furnace went down on a Saturday, and another company told us the inducer motor was bad but couldn’t get the part or fix it until Monday, leaving us without heat. After they left, I searched for local Goodman dealers and found Saint Tony’s Heating and Cooling in Meridian, Idaho.

Tony Bernier called his distributor, found the inducer draft motor in town, gave us a clear price, and came out the same day. He verified the diagnosis on our 2018 Goodman furnace, replaced the inducer motor, test-ran the system, and completed all safety checks before leaving.

We had heat back on the same day, on a Saturday. If you’re looking for thorough, quality HVAC work done right the first time with clear communication, I highly recommend Tony and Saint Tony’s Heating and Cooling.

Awesome work! Tony came out to look at our furnace because it seemed like it was short-cycling and not heating the house properly. He did a full maintenance service and found a dirty flame sensor that was causing the issue. He cleaned it, fixed the problem, and got our furnace running smoothly again.

Tony was on time and professional. He was honest with what needed to be done and did not try and sell us on anything else. He took time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it. Saint Tony’s Heating & Cooling came out for the $100 furnace tune-up and did an excellent job. Our system hadn’t been serviced in a long time, and Tony took his time doing a really thorough inspection and cleaning.

He found our blower wheel was extremely dirty, so we had him clean it. He also cleaned the burners, flame sensor, and inside of the unit, then tested everything to make sure it was running safely and efficiently.

Our furnace is running much smoother and quieter now. Tony was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable.

Tony with Saint Tony’s Heating & Cooling came out to my home in Star, Idaho for their $100 preventative furnace maintenance and went above and beyond. He thoroughly cleaned the burners, checked everything over, and replaced a weak capacitor before it caused a bigger issue. The service was honest, professional, and affordable. after installing my new hvac unit-(which btw was done not only quick, but they did a fantastic job, very professional and left the area cleaner than before they came) this last weekend was the 1st time i went to use my AC unit. well it didnt seem right, wasnt cooling very well. I emailed them, and they responded wicked fast and had someone here THE NEXT DAY!!
Turns out it was a factory fault, and the coolant had slowly leaked out over the past few months.
This is my 1st centeral AC unit i have ever been around, so i thought maybe i wasnt doing something right, like a theromastat setting or ??? so the young man explained the situation to me, (even tho i dont know a thing about the inside of an AC unit) i was impressed that he took the time to do so, and reassured me it wasn't 'operator error' lol...
I know how busy they must be this time of year, and it truly was unexpected for them to have everything done this fast.
From my 1st email, the communication from the office was on point as well. they wanted to work with MY schedule, and not them telling me when THEY would be available.
Such a great group of ppl.
So would i recoment them?
