These guys are great to work with and stand behind their work. I had a remote thermostat installed a last year and it stopped communicating with the main system this year. They were able to virtually assist me and got working again. 5/5 would recommend

We were suffering late this afternoon when our A/C system froze up after running low on freon. We called on Keto and in just a few minutes Quinton was at our door to take care of our emergency. He was very courteous and solved our problem quickly. We are in comfort due to Quinton's great service and we thank him and Keto for their fantastic service in 105 degree weather.

I love this company. I had a tune up and they didn’t charge me extras for filters or a small repair. Truly amazing service and company that I highly recommend. In a HVAC world now where everyone is charging as much as they possibly can squeeze out of people these guys aren’t. That’s why I’ll keep coming back.

Keto offers a great option to sign up for the annual inspection program. They come out and check your A/C in Spring for the coming summer and then late summer come out and check your furnace for the coming winter.
Best part - they track it and contact you and set up an appointment and I pay monthly so it makes it easier than paying all at once

This was one the most pleasant experiences, if one can use that word in connection with furnace problems in cold weather. They came earlier than expected, were very efficient and thorough, Quintin explained things to me clearly, and didn't even charge for the filter they replaced!!! I cannot recommend them enough! 10 stars, not 5!

Our AC went out a few weeks ago when it was 100+ for days. The owner came to our house that night to look at our unit and he had a team at my house the next morning with a brand new unit. My wait window was 10-12 and they showed up at 9:55 ready to go. They worked all day and got the new unit done by 4pm. AC was out barely 24 hours and it’s worked AMAZING ever since. Loved the service and promptness.
