The work got done, but we were without a functional refrigerator for 2 weeks. For a working family with kids, that's a lot of hardship, inability to store food, etc. There was no good way to know when parts would arrive, there is no phone number you can call and get a decent update on the plan to resolve. On one of the days the technician decided to not show up even though the website showed he would, just poor management, lack of expectation management, lack of accountability.

Chuck was awesome and super quick and efficient. Explained everything he was doing and was very personable. Great experience!

Technician seemed more interested to provide a repair quote which is almost equal to product price than checking the actual appliance issue in Diagnostic visit, which will be charged ($129) anyway. He didn't even care to put a foot cover even though Company's video shows how respectful Technicians will be clients home.

Excellent Service. The serviceman, did a great job and he was very personable and informative. He soaped the joints and dismantled some of the the oven checking for gas leaks everywhere. I liked his professionalism a lot.

Strongly recommend not to use Sears Appliance Repair. Technician was not sure how to debug the problem and looked puzzled from moment he started inspecting the problem. In the end, he just mentioned the board is having the problem and quoted $850 for repair to ensure diagnostic is done and I am liable to pay 129.00. I called another technician who was able to repair it in less than 1/3 of the price they quoted. I wasted 129.00 dollars on them, highly recommend not to call them.

I will give technication chuck, because he was very professional, but company sears charge me alot just takeout paeice of cloth from dryer then It was working fine it took him not even five minutes. I paid him $179. Can u imagine if something wrong they would asked me a lot more.

There were issues with Sears needing to reschedule twice. However, when we did get service, the technician was excellent!

The technician Charles was great, but the date of the visit was cancelled and rescheduled by Sears after we sat at home from 1-5, and the information was texted to us. The appointment was automatically made for the next day 8a-12p. The technician came at 2pm. This was not a good experience for us, and I would not use them again

SEARA, your customer support has been absolutely abysmal. Neither your customers nor your workers are happy with the changes. It shouldn’t have been such an issue the last few weeks getting our already paid for service taken care of

If you have anything urgently needing to be worked on, I would steer clear of these guys. Great work(once they got to it) and great workers, but awful company at the top. Do better.
