Loren Carpet Cleaners did a great job on my berber carpet. I was considering replacing the carpet due to condition and was impressed with the like new condition after the cleaning. I will be a repeat customer.

Brian did a fantastic job on my carpet! They look amazing! He was also here when he said he would be and sent a text letting me know he was on the way! I will most definitely refer him!

Brian is the guardian angel of all carpet and upholstery. This man does such an incredible job, the fabric and carpets looked newer than the day they were put in. He's a stand up guy and doesn't play games- he makes sure everything is clear and understandable before he even comes in. He's the type of guy you think you've known forever after two minutes of conversation. He does his jobs so quick but do not mistake that for a sign of haste- he get out spots YOU didn't even know you had. Stop your search and give this man a call. He's reliable, does quality work, and his pricing is out of this world. I honestly felt the need to give him more than he was charging. So thanks Brian, for making our move that much less stressful. You're the best and I'm so glad I worked with you!

I called Brian for a job I needed done right away for flooding issue. He came the nexrmt day and did an amazing job and saved my carpet and couch and me of course a lot of money! I so appreciate his professional fast service. My carpet looked new!

Brian did a fabulous job. He sets up, gets going and completes the job on time. Brian worked on the carpets just enough to get them perfectly clean and not soil them with too much water and cleaner. Soggy carpets can cause more problems and Brian avoided that. When he showed me the wastewater I could not believe how much dirt and grime he captured.

I met Brian more than 8 years ago and he's been my go-to guy ever since. I wouldn't call anyone else. He's done carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning for me at two different houses now.

Other companies may be cheaper BUT I've used what I've come to call "spray and suck" carpet cleaners and if just wanted someone to put water (and too much soap) on my stuff, just to save a few bucks then I'd find that coupon or groupon deal and settle for less - DON'T DO IT! Hire the guy that does it right! Brian!!!!

He has always taken the time to do the job right. Doesn't rush. Explains any issues he comes across and makes everything he touches look awesome - he can't turn crappy things new but he will make it look the best it can. If Loren Carpet Cleaners (Brian) can't "fix" issues you might have NO ONE CAN! Can you tell I like this guy and the work he does? Leave the cheap options where they belong - on the trash heap!!!

Lastly, and totally unrelated, he's a hell of a bass player!

Brian from Loren Carpet Cleaners always provides great service at a very reasonable price for the quality you receive. The quality of his work and attention to detail are what sets him apart from other companies. He always makes sure you understand what he is doing and what steps you should take when he is finished. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my carpets.

Had a fantastic experience using Loren Carpet Cleaners to clean some area rugs this week.

My poor dog ate something that turned his GI tract into a salad spinner, and he unleashed its fury all over our rug. We did our best to clean it but the rug still had some staining and odor.  I found Loren online and saw that they had great reviews, so I called.

Brian (owner) listened to my tale and assured me that this was something he'd helped clients remediate on the regular. He then asked questions to size up the project and give me an estimate over the phone.  Since he was coming out already, we had him expand the quote to include a few other rugs from high-traffic areas in our house that needed a little refreshing. He also cleaned a family member's sofa and did an incredible job there as well.

We were extremely impressed with Brian's professionalism (his communication and project management are top-notch!) and with his cleaning skills.  He also goes out of his way to give bundled pricing when a client has multiple items in a job.

Happy to report that the dog is fully recovered and so is the rug, thanks to Loren Carpet Cleaners. Highly recommend using them if you're ever in similar straights or are just looking to do some spring cleaning.

Loren Carpet Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning 2 area rugs. Both were 6 x 9 and thick wool. They have never been cleaned before. When Brian returned them, we were amazed at how bright they looked! They were picked up and dropped off on time, exactly as promised. Brian was a nice, friendly guy as well!

They handle the office cleaning for our building in wheaton and the floors are honestly what get me every time.like the breakroom tile actually looks white again not that grayish haze it had for months. Baseboards wiped down,trash always taken care of,restrooms stocked and spotless solid crew.

they handle the cleaning for our office suite and honestly the difference from our last company is huge. floors always look polished, the bathrooms are consistently stocked and wiped down, desks and common areas are dusted every visit. we have about 20 workstations plus a break room and conference room so theres a decent amount of ground to cover but they get through everything without cutting corners. trash is always taken out, the kitchen sink area doesnt have that stale coffee smell anymore. our building is over in Carol Stream near the business park and they come three nights a week after hours which works perfectly since nobody has to deal with vacuuming during calls. janitorial crew also handles the lobby glass and the entryway mats which our previous service never even touched. one thing i appreciate is the consistency - same people show up each time so they know the layout and what needs extra atention. reception area always looks presentable for clients walking in monday morning.

EU Janitorial handles everything in our building - restrooms, lobby, break room, all the floors. It's one of those things where you stop noticing because it's just always clean, which I guess is the whole point. When we were comparing a few janitorial companies in Carol Stream, they stood out because their pricing was straightforward. The building honestly just looks way more presentable now than it did six months ago.
