Reviews of local pros in Carol Stream, Illinois

Had my office cleaned and it looks spotless. Desks, floors, and common areas all gleam. Crew was punctual, friendly, and work efficiently. Makes coming back to work way more pleasant.

The cleaing service was solid. Even after a busy week, the office looks brand new. Crew worked fast, polite, and made sure every corner was sparkling. Totally stress-free experience.

Been using EU Janitorial for our shop in Carol Stream for a few months. They handle the heavy degreasing on the floors and keep the windows sparkling.

They did the windows and the breakroom at our office. Everything looks great and they even got the grime out the window tracks which most people skip. Very happy with how tidy they left it.

they clean our office suites every Tuesday and Thursday evenings. the team is polite and never miss the trash under the desks, which was a huge annoyance with our last cleaners.

We'd been struggling for months with dusty corners and overflowing trash bins. The previous cleaner barely showed up. Then this crew came in-careful, thorough, and actually noticed the tiny details we kept missing. I walked in the next morning and it felt like a new office, the kind you'd actually want to spend time in. Even the coffee corner looked inviting again.

We couldn't ask for a better job and experience. Andrew was on top of everything from the carpet to the chair upholstery to the dryer vent cleaning. Our carpet looks like new! They were through on all the heavy stains. I have had carpet cleaners before but Personal Touch is a great value and by far the best! I highly recommend them and will use them going forward.

I highly recommend A Personal Touch Cleaning & Restoration for their outstanding service and care. They did an exceptional job cleaning our air ducts/vents, carpets, area rugs, and sofas. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and very respectful of our home. The personal touch they brought to their work made all the difference. They have earned our trust and will undoubtedly be our go-to choice for future cleaning needs.

My dog likes to jump on the couches so I had to get them washed since they are made out of fabric to get the dog smell out Andrew pays Attention to detail and was on time they use a truck mount, gas powered machine attached to the van so it heats up the water and extracts leaving my couches dry also they sprayed a chemical to make them smell nice thanks Andrew ! Will call you back for their air duct cleaning

My go to for carpet cleaning! The best people to work with & they do an amazing job!!! I always look forward to their services!

Professional, fast, and did an amazing job on our duct/dryer vent cleaning. Highly recommend!

Very good job, came out day after I called for appointment. Good customer service at an OK price.

We recently had the pleasure of working with A Personal Touch Cleaning and Restoration after experiencing water damage in our home. I can’t say enough about how impressed we are with the service that Andrew and his team provided. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They replaced our floors, cleaned our air ducts, and even removed and replaced a moldy wall. The attention to detail was amazing—when they finished, our home looked absolutely beautiful and, more importantly, incredibly clean. The team was respectful, friendly, and worked diligently to ensure everything was perfect right before the holidays. We’re so grateful for their hard work and would not hesitate to call them again for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Carpets look great! Danny and Jess are great to work with. Highly recommend!

From the initial call through completion of service - very professional with good communication. They showed up on time and conducted their business in a timely manner.

We’ve used several cleaning services in the past, but we’ll definitely be a loyal customer after today.

The team did such a great job! Highly recommend them for dryer vent, carpet and upholstery cleaning.

I highly recommend A Personal Touch Cleaning & Restoration for their outstanding service and care. Greg did an exceptional job cleaning my dryer vent and carpets. Personal touch cleaning & restoration did a phenomenal job on my basement. I had water damage due to my sump pump going out. They came quickly and fixed everything. Unfortunately my pad under my carpet couldn’t be saved but they ripped everything out, replaced the padding, and restored my carpet back to new ! I highly recommend them!

Love this company. They are so accommodating, I called for a last minute appointment, and they fit me in. The owner and crew are so efficient and professional. So happy with the results as well. Carpet looks like new. 5/5 stars!!!!!

Amazing team with amazing results! I’m a repeat customer and I’ll always use this company!!

We had a great experience hiring APT to clean our ducts and carpets. They did it during the same visit! Jessica was very patient and friendly while answering all of my endless questions. Andrew and his team member Romero were punctual, professional, and considerate of our home while they worked. We couldn't believe what came out of our ducts! They also talked us through the carpet cleaning process before they did it, as well as other services they offer that they thought our home might need--NOT in a sales sort of way, but in a way that showed us they really care about their clients. We would hire them again in a heartbeat, and will absolutely be recommending them to our neighbors and loved ones.
