I had two experiences with Aquaflow and both workers were amazing.

First was Ryan and he did a great job explaining to me what was happening and what he was doing. I loved the tips he gave me to maintain the work he did.

Then, we had a huge storm that overwhelmed and killed my sump pump. BOOM 4 inches of water in my basement. We got Tony and he was amazing. He kept me calm and fixed the problem so fast. I watched him work, he was a master at his craft. He gave great advice and did multiple follow ups to just check on me. I'm now a lifelong customer.

I have used Aqua Flow Plumbing multiple times for a wide variety of issues and they are the first company I call. David arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to diagnose and explain what the issue was. He was able to make the repairs and the cost was reasonable and as expected (no surprises). Aqua Flow has earned my trust over the years and I would highly recommend them. We need more honest businesses like this. Thank you David!

I hired this plumbing company based on my HVAC company's recommendation. First, I got an estimate for the job from the Angi project estimator for my zip code based on past similar projects. Then, I got a free estimate from the plumbing company, which came in slightly less than Angi's tool estimate after they applied the senior discount. One senior plumber spent four hours on this project and had to cut and fit several pipes. Since the old value didn't work, they had to install a new one. But the final price was the original estimate. It's much better than a previous plumbing company, with their one-hour kitchen faucet install, where I supplied it from Home Depot. Where they charged a $125 estimate fee. I supplied the water heater from Menards and had it delivered. To top everything off, I had to get the project permit from the village. They passed everything quickly with flying colors. I told the inspector, " They put in all new pipes and a new value." The inspector replied, "I can see that."

Great customer service started with the office with Megan returning my call in less than 5 minutes. Randy arrived an hour earlier than expected which was awesome. He was obviously very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. We will definitely call Aqua Flow should we need their services again.

Great company! Tony came and fixed a sewer backup 10:30 on a Sunday night when others wouldn’t. Tony made sure to clean up before he left and did his very best not to make a mess. I respect that.
The entire time he was there he made his work very visible and I never felt like he was trying to overcharge or cheat me. Great guy and company. I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the recent plumbing job that Aqua Flow Plumbing did! They are very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable of their trade! They practice very good customer service from the first time you call them! The office staff kept me well informed prior to the appointment. I requested that if they had a cancellation to let me know so we can move up my appointment which they did! They were able to obtain the permit to do the job quickly with no issues! Having plumbing problems can be very stressful but Aqua Flow efficiency and professionalism really makes a difference. I will plan to use them again for any future plumbing needs!

I had the best customer experience from Aqua Flow plumbing. My technician was Tony and Kris, Tony is on fire, he know what he’s doing and he have the professional skills to do a great job. Thanking you Tony for serving our country and for being a good professional plumber who have the patience to train and explain while working. Every body can’t do what you do, so thank you again for fixing my slow draining sink and my water pressure in my bathroom.

Where's the zero star button?
This company keeps getting sent out through my home warranty and they look for ANY excuse to not do the job. 3-4 times they've shown up to not do the job. I have to ask the warranty company to send someone else that is able to fix it. 100% terrible experience. If it wasn't for my home warranty they would not be allowed on my property.

Aqua flow was assigned to come out when mt warranty company assigned them to my issue. The main stack line to our home started to leak from a connection and needed to be replaced. The crew that was here first thing in the morning did a great job as solving the issue and were professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Echoing some of the 1-star reviews. Water heater stopped dispensing hot water and home warranty (liberty home guard) assigned them. Plumber spends almost no time inspecting and says water heater is 20 years old and needs to be replaced. Liberty doesn’t want to pay much because of depreciation. Asked a few different plumbers over text and one of them asked me to check the temperature dial setting. It had been moved to low!! All it took was to dial it back to hot and voila! Without even checking the basics, plumber wanted to replace heater because obviously it’s a more lucrative job than turning a dial. Who knows, maybe he’s the one who turned it down in the first place in the name of inspection. Talked to Liberty and they were pissed. Asked me to work in future with the plumber who helped me out.

Easy to set up the appointment, they called to tell me what time they were coming and were on time. Kevin explained everything before, during ,and after rodding my drain. He did an excellent job. He showed me all the roots he removed from my drain, and cleaned everything up. My drain is flowing better than ever.. I would not hesitate to contact this company in the future.

Last night our hot water heater went out. Two months before we move out and of course this happens. I make some calls and get a guy scheduled to come do it today. So I scheduled it. I’m glad I made a post on FB about our misfortune because several people commented I was getting ripped off when I told them how much it would cost. A classmate I have known from elementary school reaches out and says “Erin I can get you a better price let me call my boss.” They were at my house at 8am and saved me so much money even on a weekend. Randy did a fantastic job and he was also really nice guy. If you ever have a plumbing issue call Aquaflow Plumbing Corporation. They got the cats recommendation too.

Initial call was to Meghan who was courteous and knowledgeable of my plumbing needs. Anna was also very kind and helpful
Their master tech arrived on time and reviewed the job and discussed my concerns. He then skillfully rodded the main sewer line. Job was completed and cleaned up work area in a timely manner. Excellent service provided

The service experience could have been much better. Unfortunately, the technician turned what might have been a satisfactory visit into a subpar one by openly making inaccurate assumptions about our plumbing. While he did resolve a long-standing issue that has been worsening since we purchased our home, his commentary detracted from the overall service. If our plumbing had been managed the way the previous owners did, these issues might have been addressed much sooner. I would strongly suggest that the company incorporate training to ensure their team members keep unfounded opinions to themselves and focus on delivering accurate, professional service.

We reached out to Aqua Flow for help with a slow draining toilet. Our technician was Randy and he was excellent. He was very patient and knowledgeable as I explained the problem and what I had tried.

He diagnosed an issue with the toilet and recommended a replacement. Advised on brand and where I could get one if I wanted to do replace the toilet myself, as well as giving a fair price for Aqua Flow to replace the toilet.

I was worried about a possible blockage and he did not think that that was the cause but offered a was to check once the toilet had been pulled. He also offered options in the event that we needed to snake the drain.

Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Countertop selection excellent and pricing very fair. Installers were very professional and everything looks wonderful. I highly recommed Home Depot for all home projects.
