Excellent service and I recommend using them as your appliance repair service. I have used many over time to include what would be considered the largest, ABT. MIDWEST was vey accommodating, were not condescending and treated me their customer with respect. The service tech Alex, was the utmost professional and polite. Showed and explained what was wrong and how it needed repaired. At no time did he double talk or attempt to sell or increase the cost of my repair. Today he returned and finished the repair with the same professionalism as he did yesterday and NO surprise charges and fees. Technician Carl is the best. He said he would fix my Frigidaire oven in 30 minutes, and he was done in 30. He explained everything to me. I know he went above and beyond. Such a pleasant jovial young man.

My company sells noninvasive body contouring machines and they are manufactured overseas. I had a couple break and it’s too expensive to send them back to get fixed so I was about to give up. I always drive past this place. Thank God I went in the door. Carl was absolutely amazing. He fix both machines in about 15 minutes! Truly impressed highly recommend!!! if he can fix these machines which he’s never seen before he can fix your stuff too!

Home appliance service came out one day to determine the problem, ordered the parts, once they received the parts they came out within the same week and in about an hour or so my refrigerator was up and running!!! Just want to say I love this place very honest and up front . Called in for a repair and they never charged me for service call . Because the machine wasn't going to be fixable . They could have easily charged me for visit but didn't. That speaks volumes for me with service and they called me 30 min prior and they also text me the night before to make sure that I would be home . Great to have them in the neighborhood. I remember my parents using home appliance for years and years. Since I've owned my own house for 10+ years now, they are my go to appliance store. Carl is super knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldnt think of going any where else. They always have that weird part that breaks at the worst time. A++

Completely unprofessional, Would never use this company for anything again. I had a warranty repair from Frigidaire, Frigidaire suggested this company. Before the service we asked that the tech wear shoe covers we informed the company we had a baby the crawls and puts his hands in his mouth. When we asked the tech to cover his shoes he claims he did not have any covers. He only wears them during the winter. When we asked if we can see the part and make sure it is not damaged before installation on our range, he refused, saying he saw he checked it in the office, he had a smart remarks so we kicked him out. When we called the company the manger said he would close the ticket and leave the part at your door. They got paid for Frigidaire not to complete service. I would not let them in my home.
