We hired Budget Construction to upgrade and refresh our master bathroom. We purchased the vanity, toilet, lighting, flooring, paint and hardware; they installed everything. Dimitar and his assistant did a wonderful job, completing everything in 5 days. Not only that, but they were friendly, professional, and very respectful of our property.

We also liked that Budget’s pricing was very fair, coming in lower than a competitor yet providing us quality and reliable workers. Budget also didn’t require a deposit for work to begin, although I did provide them with a small one.

I highly recommend Budget Construction for a job well done.

I scheduled an appointment with Budget Construction Company for an on-site estimate related to a home renovation project. At the scheduled time, I called the company to ask for an estimated arrival time. I was told by Will that I was on the schedule for the day and that someone would call me back with an update—but no one ever followed up, and no one arrived.

While I understand that delays or emergencies can happen, the complete lack of communication and follow-through was unprofessional. Respecting a potential client’s time is a basic expectation, and this experience did not instill any confidence in the company’s reliability or customer service.

Budget, thank you so much for all your hard work in remodeling my 2nd floor bathroom! The price was right in budget and the bathroom looks exactly how I pictured. I am completely satisfied. I will definitely be calling you again when I am ready to refinish my basement!

Awesome client service and follow up. I mostly love that they make my kitchen floor beautiful. After calling multiple companies to replace my floor, Budget responded timely and their price was very competitive. It's still a joy to cook with my grandbabies and I love that they check in with me from time to time to see if I need anything else.

budget construction did a amazing job remodeling my kitchen. After several estimates they met me with the best price. from start to finish they had amazing communication and amazing work.I would definitely suggest and choose them in the future. during the process they even gave awesome suggestions in making in look so much nicer! The service was great from financing to final inspection. During the vinyl siding project, all of our questions were answered quickly. We have used Budget Construction for many projects and like always we were fully satisfied with the end result.

I bought a condo in downtown Chicago and updated the whole thing. Budget was so responsive and detail oriented. They update the bathroom, gutted and updated the kitchen, put in a new divider, and updated the walk in closets. In the middle of the project, the floors needed to be redone because of a flood in the building (no fault of the construction) and Budget was so helpful and patient in making sure the repairs were done quickly and I received so many compliments on my first home. I was shocked at how affordable it was. Their quotes were accurate and they were attentive and fair from the beginning. Here are the before and afters. Thanks so much!

Hired this company to do some work to my home, i am glad i left hidden cameras around and glad that the properties next door to mine also have Cameras. After watching the footage i was appalled to see how comfortable they were in my House. Drinking beers and eating “POWDERED” Donuts all over my house like a damn Fiesta.
They even left me some of the powder . Last time i use this Company please look else where !!!

I worked closely with Javier Enciso and his wonderful team for four months during the intense planning, design and permit process for a gut renovation/apartment combo in a 125-year old building. I interviewed 5 different GCs for this job and he was far and away the sharpest, most honest, and had off-the-chart references. He was always available (and on time!) with expert advice on practical and design issues. His project managers and plumbers/carpenters/electricians were always on time and helpful, as well. Over the course of the planning process, he was able to save us thousands of dollars by working closely with our architect. His deep knowledge of the construction process, especially with a tricky old building, was invaluable. Additionally, he and his administrative staff worked seamlessly with the bank on our construction loan, returning forms in a matter of hours. I've worked with many GCs over the years as a property owner and manager -- Javier Enciso is the best.

I contracted ENC Construction to do a complete rehab on my home, from completely gutting my home to refurbishing the original hard wood floors and doors, and installing everything to our liking, they did not disappoint. The lead general contractor Javier was always responsive and available to all concerns. Highly recommended their service, great quality and even better results.

We had an excellent opportunity to meet with the contractor. He provided many samples of paint so that we can decide on the exact color we wanted for the exterior of our home. The company was able to get all the work done in a timely manner.
All our neighbors and our family loved the job done.

Having worked with numerous contractors on remodeling projects in the past, I have to say that Javier and his company, is hands down, one of the most professional and knowledgeable teams I have ever encountered. Javier is super responsive and really has gone above and beyond to address many of my concerns, as well as issues with permits/procedures entailed to it, all in a timely fashion.
