The customer service is horrible I'm not recommended to go there

Worst one so unhelpful and rude the manager refused to look up my account to resolve an issue sooooo frustrating

Needed some pvc poles for a mesh fence im making for my vegetable garden in back, found the poles they cut them in half for me and found the mesh for the fence and the ties all in one place. And while I was there got some more vegetable plants. Love my home depot.

Employees are useless. Every other home depot has someone to help load your Christmas tree on your car after purchase. Not only was that not available but we had to wait a long time for an employee to come cut tree trunk and wrap tree in netting. What finally prompted me to write this review was when I asked for twine to tie tree to car. They had no twine there, I was told I had to walk in the store and find it because she didn't know where it was. I asked her if she could call someone over to bring some as it just makes sense to have some by the garden center check out and she simply said no. Walked in asked one worker who told me "It's in the middle over there". In the middle where?" I asked. Middle over there she said again and pointed towards the registers. Didn't see anything so I asked yet another person and was told (in the rudest tone possible, like am bothering him asking him to do his job), "see that box, you know that says t.w.i.n.e", like I don't know how to spell and he just walked away. Will never come here again.

I was told they wouldn't take it because the package weighs 20lb, but otherwise they took it without any problems

Spring time is time to malch and they have plenty of it there along with what you need to start your garden come alive

We feel like since we have to bag ours own bags , you shouldn't have to ask for our receipt, you should have kept the ppls to register our stuff up so that way when we get to the door we don't have to be stop and ask for our receipt.stop being cheap and give the ppls a job,that way you know who stealing .ijs......
