We have been working with Patrycja for over 6 months, every other week. She is honest, thorough, pays great attention to detail, is easy to work with , knowledgeable about her business, professional, and has also been very consistent and reliable. I would recommend her to my own family if they lived in the area. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire her and her company again.

I gave Patrycja less than 24 hours notice and she was just back from vacation and she still managed to fit me in, at 5pm no less! Not only that but I needed a full top to bottom move-out clean, not just a rinse and some dusting. She did a fantastic job on my old apartment and I hope to hire her permanently to clean my new apartment. I don't think endorsements get more unequivocal than, 'I hope I can hire her again.'

I have been a loyal customer for years because the owner has always tried to do the right thing. But as she’s gotten busier, I’ve been unable to rely on her either. There have been several people I’ve cycled through because they do a terrible job, so it really depends on who you get for how they clean. Most recently the cleaner didn’t even empty trash, didn’t dust, would skip entire rooms, and never cleaned the bathroom floor or the stairs. She also brought her own cleaners when I specifically asked to use my provided cleaners. Typically they’ve been on time and reliable which is important to me, but often they take holidays and vacations and don’t have a replacement which is hugely inconvenient and has been a problem several times through the years. My final straw was someone taking vacation and neither the cleaner nor the owner telling me she wouldn’t be showing up until I asked on the day of. You can’t be bad at cleaning and also unreliable. Unacceptable way to run a business.

The business owner Patricia quickly got me on the schedule for a weekend cleaning with very short notice on two separate occasions. She responds quickly to requests and follows up on any questions. My house cleaner Mariya was friendly and thorough, and came out in spite of a winter storm.

Patricia was excellent! She was very thorough, professional, and kind. She did a deep clean on our apartment and the place looked immaculate afterwords. I would really recommend her to anyone looking. I received her cleaning as a gift so I am not sure how much she charged.

Great experience from start to finish. Jeffrey was fast to respond and helpful in making the booking. Matt was thorough, professional, tidy and efficient in handling the cleaning. Both are very personable and friendly. Our rugs and couches look beautiful and the dreaded doggy scent is no more. Very fair prices. Highly recommend this business.
