I’ve used Galaxy’s Finest a few times and everting has been fantastic, but recently I had a very stubborn stain on a bedroom carpet. Matt came out three times to treat it to ensure it was completely gone. Fantastic customer service and great work!

Galaxy’s Finest should get 10 stars! This is the second time we’ve had them come out to our home to clean white carpet that is heavily trafficked with some food and beverage stains this time, too. They did an amazing job and have given this old carpet an extended life and made it respectable again. Plus the team is so respectful and friendly that it made the whole experience pleasant.

Not sure my 1st attempt to review went thru. This guy is amazing. He was able to get the high traffic carpet areas CLEAN and removed a couple stains I was never able to get out. Pet friendly soap. No strong odors. Would DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND.

Jeff and Matt are great! They are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional. I have used them three times and will continue to use them in the future. One time, they helped me solve a pest problem in my carpets and went above and beyond to research and provide additional solutions. Prices are reasonable and their work is fast - they take good care while they are in the house as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

When I first found The Galaxy’s Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service it was on Angie’s List. Jeff and his company stood out because he had over 1500 reviews with 98% being 5 stars. Clearly, this was the guy to hire. Since then, we haven’t used anyone else. Jeff is honest, friendly, and most importantly….a perfectionist. In fact, probably the closest thing to a miracle worker that one can find as it clearly shows in his work. Our carpet is nearly 30 years old. Every time I think about replacing it, Jeff comes by, cleans it and ultimately changes my mind because he transforms it into something that looks like new. His prices are more than fair and he puts in so much effort to make sure his clients are happy. I can not say enough great things about The Galaxy’s Finest, as they truly are out of this world. If you live in Vernon Hills or the Lake County Area, Jeff is your guy!

Not sure about who gave him the one star review, but I can tell you as a real estate broker who handles almost all residential sales. I met Jeff and had my first experience with The Galaxy's Finest Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning in 2005 through a client. I've used him personally and referred him plenty of times over the years. I'm genuinely surprised I didn't leave a review sooner, but I'll make up for it here. He's a very nice guy. His communication was great. I reached out to the middle of last week and we scheduled a carpet cleaning first thing Monday morning. He was here 20 minutes early on a 7 AM appointment. He cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms on the stairwell leading to the family room downstairs and the family room itself in three hours. He wasn't here for a minute longer than he had estimated it would take. The house is just as clean and organized as it was when he arrived. Not sure what more you can ask for other than somebody who is professional, who communicates, and who executes the game plan that they laid out for you. I highly recommend.

Be aware that they only service short term rentals. I was turned away for my two midterm rentals listings because it would not be enough cleanings for them.

They use apps and tools that seamlessly allow you to keep your turnovers on autopilot and provide both before and after photos for each cleaning. It’s reasonably priced with fantastic customer service!

Turned is an amazing one stop shop for short term rental hosts. They do excellent work and the transparency for every turnover is great. Before and after pictures, live chat with the team, quick problem solving in unforeseen circumstances, responsive management even on weekend cleanings etc.
