Excellent job done in a very timely manner. Very good prices with full disclosure. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use this company. I also have cats in my house with lots of cat fur and Matt got all of it. I get my couches and rugs cleaned every year. Definitely recommend them.

eff and Galaxy offer the best service I have ever received - thorough, professional, informative, FANTASTIC. This is a company that has an old-fashioned pride in its work. His prices are competitive and are an incredible deal when you consider how much BETTER their service is than many other cleaners. He also took the time to advise us on what was necessary and what really wasn't - all to save us money. (We were over a barrel, and he could have easily had us order all sorts of unnecessary work - but he is an honest man.)

Jeff came to try to restore our home after a serious heating/duct problem had deposited soot in every room of the house, saturating several of the carpets -- and the wall to wall carpets are all beige and white. Not only did Jeff get the gunk out of all of them-- wall to wall and area rugs -- but he arranged to come back to get the one carpet that was too soaked with gunk to come completely clean the first time.

After he did such a terrific job on the disastrous carpets, we had Jeff come and do all of the upholstery in the house. These are sofas and upholstered chairs that had survived 5 kids -- and Jeff made them look nearly good as new.

He is great with kids, patient with dogs, and a delight to have in your home. Could not be happier and more grateful to him for restoring our home!

I've used The Galaxy's Finest before and again they did a great job. Punctual, well mannered and above all else they show up with a clean machine. This is most important as you don't want the previous clients dirt and grime on your furniture and rugs.

We've been doing business with Galaxy's Finest for 20 years once or twice per year. They are fast, accurate, clean and polite. They do our whole house, top to bottom, including the upholstery. There might be cheaper carpet cleaners out there, but no one better and we'll continue to use them when we need to clean our carpets & furniture. Highly recommended.

Galaxy's Finest has been cleaning our carpet, mattresses and upholstered furniture for quite a few years now. The owner is professional and personable, responsive in his communications and great about following up. I appreciate the yearly reminder calls - no pressure, just "would you like to get this on the schedule?" He always confirms his appointments and shows up early. I have pets, and the house always smells fresh when he's done. He takes the job very seriously and has great attention to detail.

Carpet cleaning is carpet cleaning, right ? WRONG! These guys are AMAZING. I was so impressed. Responsive. Professional. Clean. Friendly. Experts in their craft. We called Galaxy for help in cleaning our very light colored carpeting which had one week old stains from my leather slippers. Matt showed up on time. Assessed the situation. Told me his approach. Prepped the room and got to work. An hour later the stains were gone and room hasn’t looked this good in a long time. Do yourself a favor and hire Galaxy for your carpet cleaning needs. You’ll be glad you did.

Matt and Jeff are always fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Scheduling the service is incredibly easy. They confirm the appointment immediately and then again the day before, and they show up on time, as promised. The quality of the work is also fantastic. They've worked on the runners and textured carpet in our four-floor townhome twice now — each time, they cleaned everything beautifully, removing all stains and restoring the look and feel to almost new.
