I had a great experience with this company. I needed they to clean my carpet in the basement ASAP because I had a water issue and didn't want mold to start. He arrived the next morning at 9:00 a.m. to clean and sanitize the whole thing. It dried the carpet after a few hours later that day. He left everything spotless. The carpet was beautiful. The price was as the quoted price. I would have them at anytime I needed.

Jeff did a super cleaning job on my badly stained carpet. He was pleasant, friendly, and proud of his work. The price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Jeff for a job very well done!

Jeff and Matt were amazing to work with! Jeff was quick to respond when I first reached out and was able to get me in the same week within 48 hours. Matt was also very communicative upon arrival and shared a lot of detail on how exactly he was going to clean our rug - we have a wool rug which sometimes requires extra care so this was really helpful and put a lot of our worries at ease. On top of that, having them come to us was a huge relief! The whole cleaning process took about 30 minutes so it was quick and easy - would definitely recommend booking them!

Galaxy’s finest did a great job on our building’s common area carpet (heavy traffic and very soiled). They were efficient and had great customer service.

Scheduling is easy, especially with our last appointment—Jeff called to do a 1-year follow up, which I greatly appreciated. Before leaving, he also gave us tips on preserving the lifespan of our rugs, and stressed that we should reach out if we have spills or stains to make sure we don't DIY with the wrong solution.

I've used them several times now to clean my elderly grandma's ancient bedroom carpet and everytime I think we might need to replace it they manage to remove stains and save the carpet. Everyone there is super friendly and responsive on the phone and also they arrive promptly for the service appointment which is always appreciated. They are the only carpet cleaning company we will use.

I've used these guys about three times now, and each experience has been great. I called them for a same-week cleaning, and they were able to fit me in for an early Saturday morning, which worked out perfectly. I was impressed the first time, and they didn’t disappoint this time either—my sectional looks brand new once again.

Second time I've used Galaxy's Finest and super pleased each time. Easy scheduling. Matt has come out each time and done great work. Cat home with lots of hair and cat messes with some rugs and stairs for them to clean. Stairs show their usual wear path from use. Rugs ? some show the dirt, some don't but when Matt is done the bucket is filthy and the rugs look great. You can't go wrong Jeff and Matt at Galaxy. Call now.

Third time using Galaxy’s Finest and not sure about the entire galaxy, but definitely the best we have used in Chicago. Jeff is very thorough and a great guy as well. Cleaned some white chairs, sectional and two rugs and made them look new again.
