Jessica and Janneth did an amazing job with cleaning the new condo I just moved in to. They were so timely and were very detailed in getting every corner of every closet as well as the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living areas. My home received really great service and care and I am super appreciative to have had them come in the day before the movers come with my stuff. I will be using them again once I have settled into my condo for another deep clean!

We are very happy with this cleaning service. Angie did a great job cleaning our second home in the South Loop and for just $150 we were really impressed at the level of detail she used and how careful she was to use clean rags for different areas so there was no cross contamination. Our home was left fresh and clean

I had Johary and Alfieri show up for a free walk thru, but decided to go through with the cleaning once I got the price...They seemed nice and navigated the language barrier well, but the work I actually wanted done was more of an afterthought on their way out. - deep cleaning the floors. Two floors were completely neglected and didn't get a drop of water lol...

They have nice organizational skills, but that wasn't what I asked for. I was already skeptical about paying "professionals" to help me start over and this is what I was afraid of. I don't plan on using this service again. I'm convinced the people that raved about their work just didn't have as challenging of a job for them to do. They did clean the easy stuff I said I would do on my own in the form I filled out when scheduling the free quote, so that's why I gave at least one star.

Also, the last minute, rushed 2 out of 4 floor jobs left my apartment smelling weird so I had to go over it with some fabuloso and clean mop pads. I'd ask for my money back, but I'm pretty sure I read there are no refunds. The number they tell you to text doesn't even reply when you do anyway so I'm good lol...I just won't risk it again. Apparently, it's hit or miss with cleaning companies. Hire at your own risk. You could be one of the lucky ones. 🙃

One more thing: just realized they broke the screen outside my back door when rushing out smh

UPDATE: Isaac told me about the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and quickly sent a new team to resolve the issue. Lourdes and her team did an aMAZing job on these floors and everything else they touched up. The floors even smell good this time so I don't have to go over it with fabuloso! My kitchen floor is ONE color again! Thank y'all. 😁

Maria Lozano did a phenomenal job with my move-out cleaning! My apartment was dirtier than I expected and she made it look brand new. Would highly recommend Maria!

Andrea did a FANTASTIC job! We needed our place to be thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in, and now I feel more than comfortable doing so! From the insides of all the appliances to the top shelf of every closet, she didn’t miss a spot and did the job all by herself! I will definitely be booking this service again.

Cristina and Kevin did a fantastic job! I’m moving out shortly and they left the place looking brand new! This is my fourth time working with them and I will for sure be using Get It Done in the future:)

Andrea and Rosa did an amazing job! More thorough than I expected and even cleaned stuff I was fine with them not getting to (inside air fryer and microwave and then also vacuuming under sofa cushions). I would definitely recommend this cleaning service for prompt and excellent cleaning.

UPDATE: We have previously used this company for a move-out deep clean. Following a busy Fall and holiday season, we desperately needed some help tidying our apartment so opted to use them again. We could not be more pleased with this decision. Janneth and Jessica spent considerable time and energy transforming our apartment to a more clean, tidy, and comfortable space. They performed all tasks inherent in a general cleaning as well as our specified add-ons and areas of focus. Really impressed with their work and will certainly book again in the future.

We scheduled a move out cleaning after being in our apartment for 6.5 years — Andrea did such an amazing job, it almost looked like the day we moved in, we were so impressed! She really took the time to ensure everything was sparkling and even left a detailed summary of all tasks performed (which were consistent with the services when booking online). The appointment was incredibly easy to make and Isaac and his team had excellent communication throughout so we had clear expectations of the process, and they promptly replied to any questions. Definitely recommend and will certainly use their services again, THANK YOU!

I can’t recommend them enough! Was blown away by how professional, efficient and detailed oriented the team was. Andrea and Rosa were super and left my apartment shining! I have a pug and he sheds like crazy and there’s no trace of dog hair left anywhere. Will definitely use this service again and again!

I had high hopes for this move-in clean, especially based on the company’s great reviews—but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The team sent two young adults who were polite, but it seemed like they hadn’t been properly trained in deep cleaning. I didn’t want to be rude at the time, but the results were disappointing: there were cobwebs left throughout the home, the kitchen sink and fridge weren’t cleaned thoroughly, the floors were not properly done, and the bathroom floors weren’t even mopped.

I genuinely expected more from a professional cleaning service. Maybe it just wasn’t their day, but I wouldn’t use this company again based on this experience.

Cristina and Adriana did an amazing job with our apartment move-out cleaning! I was especially worried about the kitchen grease, but they scrubbed everything inside and out, leaving it spotless. This is the worst company ever. I ordered a deep cleaning for $450. I specifically asked what was included, and they said floors, walls, and ceilings. In the end, the floors looked exactly the same — absolutely terrible results. They didn’t even bother to reply to my messages afterwards, not even to apologize for such poor service. They spent about 4 hours in my home, and this is the outcome. Just money thrown away. There was no point at all in getting a deep cleaning from them. I don’t have time to do deep cleaning because of my toddler. And that’s why I ordered deep cleaning . I could do better myself even better 🤦🏻‍♀️

Edit: I'm back with another review and I'm even more impressed than I was last time! Janeth/Jessica was so incredibly thorough. She even reorganized my dozens of magnets just so she could clean my fridge, and she also made my bed!! The floors are sparkling and every room is so much cleaner than before. She was able to somehow get the stain out of the oven even though I was certain it was a lost cause. I have never been happier with a deep clean!!!!

Andrea and Rosa completely blew me away with their absolutely incredible service and I am so happy!! Words cannot express how difficult my house was to clean and they did such a stellar job that everything sparkles and it's actually astonishing. Lourdes cleaned my apartment and did an amazing job. She paid special attention to the drawers, cabinets, kitchen and bathroom which was exactly what I needed. My place feels so much better now and I am super happy with the service!

We had Adriana as our cleaner. Absolutely unreal. She cleaned everything so well. She washed our dishes too, had so much clutter everywhere and she fully organized everything. Such an honest and hard working person. She did absolutely amazing. Truly went above and beyond to clean every part of our apartment. She will always bebe our cleaner when we need one.
