Jenifer’s team was fantastic! They deep cleaned my apartment and it felt like everything was brand new after they finished the cleaning. Will definitely be using them again!

Jennifer and her partner did an ABSOLUTE AAAHHHHHMAZING job ensuring our house was clean and safe. They were very detailed in walking me through each room to ensure crevices were cleaned before and after. They were on time, moved very quickly, and super efficient. I would definitely recommend their services again!

Krystyna and Viola are amazing! They are lovely humans and so good at what they do. Both are so sweet with our pup, go above and beyond, and always have us look everything over before they go to make sure we are happy. I always look forward to seeing them knowing how good our homes feels after and how great their energy is while they’re here. Highly recommend!

This was the WORST cleaning I've ever had. I requested a deep cleaning. Two women came and "cleaned" for 30 minutes before saying they were done. I went around my apartment and asked them to re-clean many places multiple times. They were refuting me saying that nothing was dusty and it was just scratches - that is absolutely not true as I've had other people come in and clean those areas and scrub and it would be clean. Multiple places of my apartment are still dusty with streaks everywhere and they left behind dirt and hair. DO NOT USE THEM.

Update: the owner did give me a discount after I called which was appreciated. However, he has been harassing me over text message asking why I left a bad review. Please read the bad reviews of this company as it does not seem my experience was unique. I do not appreciate the harassment afterwards either.

Two cleaners arrived on time (Mely V +). I showed them around and we discussed what to focus cleaning on (overall my place is pretty neat and generally clean, but I wanted it to sparkle without doing the work myself). 10 minutes later they came out and said they had to go, something to do with her daughter. I have no idea what that meant but it was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen! I wasted a day waiting for them. Not to mention, they didn't bring a vacuum OR the floor cleaner I requested, but luckily I had both to let them use.
NEVER AGAIN with this company- be forewarned!!

Booking on the platform was simple and easy to navigate. I received a call to confirm the details of my booking almost immediately. Meli did an amazing job and paid close attention to my specific requests. The customer service is also very attentive and easy to reach. I also appreciate how often they check in to give you appointment reminders and respond quickly to questions or concerns.

I booked a deep cleaning with full sanitizing of all surfaces. I have two long haired cats so it was a big cleaning job. Krystyna and Julia made the place gleam. It smells fresh and looks amazing. Attention to detail and communication throughout were excellent. Highly recommend. Will book again.

Curious to hear others’ thoughts—does $582.57 seem expensive for a deep clean of a 1,600 sq ft apartment (windows, baseboards, oven included), or is this standard pricing?

My experience was just okay. From the initial pricing quote to the execution, it wasn’t what I expected. While my apartment did need a deep clean, the pricing felt high relative to the size of the space and the overall results.

The floors appeared to be cleaned with what looked like a Swiffer, which was disappointing given that these are older Chicago wood floors that really require a traditional mop. There was no follow-up after the cleaning to ask how the service went, which felt unprofessional. Although they mentioned I could reach out to have anything recleaned if I felt it needed, this felt impersonal. Two individuals cleaned for approximately 4.5 hours but at times seemed disorganized in their focus, spending time vacuuming cloth seating rather than prioritizing higher-impact areas.

These were the nicest women. That quietly went about their work and left the place sparkling. When I asked them to redo a few spots, they jumped at the chance to satisfy me. I highly recommend Molly Maids of Gold Coast. The person who handles the calls was also excellent. Thank you!

We have used Molly Maids for a number of years and they are always on time and very professional. Mary and Christine are always very pleasant and work very hard while at our house! We do lots of business travel and they are always very accommodating with our changing schedule. We have tried several different cleaning services and Molly Maids never disappoints.

They cleaned pretty much every corner you can imagine and dusted off and wiped off every aspect of the house.
